In the peaceful neighbourhood of West Cambridge, is this beautiful, 3-bedroom home that’s perfect for 5 guests. It has two double beds, one single bed and all the amenities to guarantee a pleasant and relaxing stay in the city, especially for business travellers and students as all rooms are equipped with working space

An easy 5-minute drive away from the property is Cambridge's city centre where guests can explore most of its popular attractions and enjoy a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. To get in and around Cambridge, there is also a bus stop on the main road right outside the apartment, which provides quick and easy access to the whole city.

Additional information - for beds there are one double bed, one single bed and one double mattress/bed in Japanese style. - there is one visitor parking space on first come first serve basis, however on street parking is mostly available along Burlton Road and Lawrence Weaver Road. - washing machine and dryer are available but we don’t have a dish washer in the apartment.

* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver.
