You will have access to your studio, you are the only one to have access to this. There is also access to a washer dryer that you that you share with one other studio.

The property is situation off Mill Road, known for its diverse cultures and unique shops, its very close to the train station & a supermarket & deli are on your doorstep.

You are located 5-8 minutes walk from Cambridge central station. Parking can be found at Gwydir Street its free on from 7pm to 8am & on a Sunday, all other times are charged at £2 per hour. Please note this is a small carpark & you may not even get a space.
