Conveniently located just a 5 minute car journey to Cambridge Science Park, two minutes to the A14 and a short twenty minute stroll into the City Centre giving access to a myriad of restaurants, shops and bars. Ideal for for small families or business commuters, there's also free street parking, a good quality sofa-bed allowing space for a fifth person and a lovely garden.

All located on the ground floor, are 2 comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower, a stylish living room with a sofa bed and a newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.

The Neighborhood:
The property is a 20-30 minute walk to Cambridge City Centre, there are also plenty of buses that will get you there in 10 minutes. There is a co-op 5 minutes walk away and plenty of cafes and pubs nearby. The property is also located a 5-10 minute drive to the Cambridge Science Park.

Cambridge Vacation
The property was very clean and comfortable. Communication with our host "Guy"was very easy and he ensured all of our concerns and needs were addressed. Would definitely stay at the rental again.
