A Wonderful Cozy Weekend in Cambria
We had a wonderful time at this treetop abode ❤️. Our dog Archie loved walking around the neighborhood, downtown Cambria, and the nearby Bluff Trail. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the fireplace was the perfect spot to enjoy a good meal and a view. We'd definitely stay here again!

Bath towels and floor mat were in poor condition. no blankets just comforters. Hardly any dish detergent and no dishwasher detergent. Very little shampoo. Living room carpet needed to be cleaned. Beautiful view.

It was a nice place. The only thing was the weekend work being done next store was a bit of a bummer. The city worked Saturday & Sunday making alot of noise early in the morning. Someone also came & weed wacked both days, so there was alot of unexpected noise unfortunately. We also had no power our last night, so had a few issue's. o well, we still enjoyed ourselves.

The views from the wrap around windows were very relaxing. It rained most of the time we were there but we sat by the fire as a family and listened to the sounds of nature.

Perfect for a get-together
We had for adults staying at the property. One couple stayed in the main bedroom. One single person stayed in the second bedroom, and the fourth person stayed on the couch. It was great having two bathrooms! The deck is wonderful! Beautiful views, very convenient to the adorable town, clean, comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I were celebrating our 34th Wedding Anniversary and chose beautiful Cambria. The house was very well appointed and the views were stunning. The neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful. We were able to bring our dog and took long walks every day. It was the perfect little getaway. We will definitely be coming back!

Very relaxing--Just what we needed!
The place was clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs! My two children (17 and 20) and I had a great week with our two dogs. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, which allowed for deer and turkey to wonder around. It was close to town (a 7-10 minute drive) and 5 minutes from some amazing trails along the beach. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for the 20-year old which allowed him a little bit more privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the couches and sitting areas were very pleasant for movie watching, reading, or watching some colorful sunsets. Probably my favorite part of the place (and that of the dogs) was the huge wrap-around desk. We can't wait to come back!

The title Tree House is apt, as the house sits up high in the neighborhood and looks NW to see the ocean and a bit of sunset. Very clean and comfortable, loved the big living room with bar.

This relaxing tree top home was just what we needed..... relaxing, beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains, the wild turkeys and the deer along with many beautiful birds right in the front yard! Wish I could post pictures of the sunsets! The house has more cookware, kitchen utensils and spices than any other home we’ve stayed in.... very much appreciated since we enjoy cooking. The only drawback to the incredible surrounding deck/balcony is that the ground floor bedroom below it is very dark and has a musty smell. The upstairs living area and master bedroom is bright and beautiful! We will definitely return !

Nice getaway
My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 days. The area was perfectly located, close to restaurants on the water and to Paso Robles for wine tasting. The home had everything and then some. The one complaint I had was have to check in and out at a property management office. This was an inconvenience, needing to be there at certain times. We have rented numerous homes from HomeAway before and the process was never like this one. Overall the home worked for us.

Fantastic property in Cambria which is exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. We instantly relaxed and had no issues during our stay. The sunset from the decking was stunning and the quiet location perfect. Would recommend this property to everyone looking for a vacation property that feels like s home from home!

The house and grounds are very well maintained, furnished and stocked. The view was great. We were there on a cool rainy week so we spent a lot of time indoors. There were 2 issues of concern: the lower level bedroom was freezing and no heat source was provided. Although the house has Direct TV, there is no "smart tv" or device for streaming

Well-kept, quiet, convenient home in a charming town. Loved the proximity to Bluff trails & beaches!
This house was the perfect answer to traveling with our two Labs and still enjoying ourselves. We loved the hilltop, panoramic views, especially from the beautiful wraparound deck. The fenced backyard made the dog routine easy. All the extra dog paraphernalia was appreciated, since we forgot a bowl and extra blankets. The dogs got plenty of exercise between the Bluff trail, the Moonstone Beach boardwalk and the dog friendly beaches nearby and slept soundly every night. Our teenage daughter thoroughly enjoyed her downstairs suite, but the ping pong table was the ultimate delight. I understand the late night matches got pretty raucous, but I slept blissfully in the quiet upstairs. The stove in the living room was cozy as we waited for the fog of morning to lift and when temperatures dropped a bit at night. We found the kitchen clean and well-appointed and cooked a bit, but we were tempted by some local restaurants (Robin's, Centrally Grown and Linn's). All were terrific. From this great location we visited Ragged Point (as far as we could go with PCH 1 closed for repairs), kayaked in Morro Bay and toured Hearst Castle. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. When we decide to return we hope the Marine Terrace will be available. Thank you for a fantastic four night getaway!

Beautiful home with everything you need
My family of 4 stayed here. Kids were comfortable and wife was too :-) Cozy, great views and all the small things you would hope to fine (ex. Coffee grinder, washer dryer, Keirig, stocked kitchen utensils and appliances). Kids had fun playing ping pong in the garage.
