"The breakfast was very good with plenty of items to choose from. Everything tasted fresh. The employees work very hard to keep everything clean . Everyone was friendly and the location by the beach is terrific. We will be back!"

"My husband and I went for just a simple overnight and it was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very responsive. It was pouring down rain outside so my husband and I hung out in our room with a beautiful fireplace and cozy beds. We played games, drink wine, and just relaxed. In the morning, we were delivered a beautiful picnic basket with breakfast. we had a choice of what we wanted to order the night prior. My husband ordered a yogurt, parfait with granola, orange juice and two hard boiled eggs while I had Cheerios two hard boiled eggs and fruit. We both got orange juice. It was delightful. Check in and check out with very smoothly. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are awesome and the shower actually works. This will be on a new place every couple of months. They also have a pool and a hot tub. I highly suggest having dinner at the sea chest restaurant where you will find fresh fish choices, an amazing staff and a good wine selection. All in all this little overnight trip was exactly what the doctor ordered."

"This is a lovely property and we have stayed here before. We stayed in one of the remodeled rooms, which was very nice. There are a few touches in the bathroom, which would make it even better. Some sort of make up mirror, and something to hang towels on by the sinks. It was wonderful to have two sinks and plenty of counterspace and a door between that area and the toilet and shower. I loved the fireplace heater. The daybed in front of the windows was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The little living room area was great as was the enclosed Tea and coffee space in front of the room. I wish we would’ve been there a bit longer to take advantage of some of the special touches. The little refrigerator microwave toaster, and pour over coffee. Space was also excellent to have. We will definitely stay here again."

"We always have an enjoyable time at pelican Inn. They are always friendly and will help you with whatever you need help with. Clean. The only thing is they do not have a breakfast anymore. I think that is a big drawback. Also, they could hang rods next to the sink for hand towels to be placed instead of having to place them on the countertop."
