CAMBO, C501: HOUSE type T4: beautiful Basque villa with a panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountain range. 7km from the Center of Cambo and the Thermal Baths. Large living room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Very well-equipped American kitchen, 1 separate toilet. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom (140 bed) with shower room and toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 with 160 bed, 1 with 2 90 beds). 1 bathroom with bathtub, showers, double sinks and toilet, 1 mezzanine with sofa and desk. Large fenced and wooded land around the house. Peace and quiet guaranteed.
Pets allowed. INTERNET ACCESS by optical fiber
Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not compliant, or anything that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to note that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

Avant toutes choses, attention : malgré ce que dit l’annonce le calme n’est pas du tout assuré ! Maison entourée de voisins possédant des chiens vivant dehors 24h/24 (donc y compris la nuit!) et aboyant au moindre bruit ! Les volets et fenêtres fermés ne suffisent pas à étouffer ces désagréments C’est aussi le paradis des chasseurs (en période de chasse donc) avec une maison entourée de vallées où raisonnent les nombreux tirs de fusils et les cris d’excitation des chiens 7j/7 à partir de 7h30 certains matins La maison a une vue magnifique sur la chaîne des Pyrénées et est bien équipée mais mal gérée par l’agence : - ménage tout juste acceptable (ne levez surtout pas les yeux au plafond!) - extérieurs mal entretenus (maison et espaces verts), - portail cassé rendant très difficile son utilisation (donc du coup pas de terrain clos si vous avez un chien), - de nombreuses ampoules grillées et chaises cassées à l’arrivée, - la tv ne marchant pas à l’arrivée Après différentes sollicitations auprès de l’agence, nous avons juste pu obtenir - le portail « rafistolé », - quelques ampoules changées (pas toutes!), - la tv réparée. Donc en résumé location à éviter bien qu’étant idéalement localisée pour visiter le Pays Basque à la fois côté mer et côté montagne. Surtout à ce tarif pour lequel on s'attend à une toute autre prestation.
