"Liked the view from the room window accross the loch, and has a great location only a few minutes drive from fort william. The staff were friendly especially the cleaner who came running out after me to say id left my toothbrush behind. Not too impressed by the room itself though, it was a bit tired looking with stains on the carpet and rusty brown bits in the shower screen. Also the walls are thin enough to clearly hear neighbouring guests. To be fair it wasnt an expensive hotel so its not bad...

He was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the black bear hut and it was everything we needed! "Great location for us and all needed amenities. The view is spectacular and easily a place we would return to. Unfortunately, the shower drain was clogged on arrival so we had to unclog a large amount and also had to buy toilet paper as no spare was obviously seen.
