The older folks enjoyed watching the surfing right in front of the home. The younger ones enjoyed the boogie boards. The pool access 3 doors down was perfect...with its great food and drinks !!! "You can't miss with this beautifully appointed Condo on South Jaco. We came with family and friends for mostly a surfing trip but did many other adventures as well. There are so many close amenities that are just a short walk away....restaurants...grocery....beach. The Condo is extremely well appointed with everything you need and more. This is pretty much a 5-Star resort for you and your friends. Bonus...a lap pool. We are already planning our return."

"Amazing house a very short walk to the beach. In a small gated community with community pool and very cute little swim up bar/restaurant with great vibes. The community pool was a huge bonus travelling with kids. Ocean great for surfing but known to have rip currents. We boogie boarded and waded around with kids aged 10-16. "The house was the perfect size for 12 of us. Mellisa was wonderful. She decorated the house for my niece's birthday when we arrived and had the house full of groceries fror us and a special treat. She also set up the chefs who were awesome. Small problems that didn't bother us to much were the toilet didn't work in the guess house, every shower in the main house had temperature differences, some had no hot water, some had no cold water. "Perfect casita for my high school best friend and I to experience Costa Rica. The ocean is truly steps away and it’s a black beach which was different and cool. We had what we needed to cook a bit at “home”. Quiet neighborhood And you woke up to the beautiful sounds of birds singing and some roosters. It was great. Highly recommend."

"House had everything you need. Pool was a bit chilly, but just jump in! House had everything you need in the kitchen, and is in a great spot to get to anything in Jaco. Supermarkets and everything are super close, we used the gas grill every night. Will be back for sure."

"We had an amazing time at Casa Sammie. Patri was amazing. She communicated ahead of our trip to make sure we had everything we needed to easily find the house and check in.
