Located in the beautiful and pleasant municipality of Câmara de Lobos, this flat is perfect for bringing your family or friends together for a well-deserved rest. With excellent sun exposure and a pleasant sea view, this flat has three bedrooms: a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom; a bedroom with a queen-size bed and the third bedroom with two single beds.

The living room is interconnected with the kitchen in an open-space format, following trends and offering a spacious and pleasant space where you can prepare your meals in the company of those you love. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has a comfortable sofa, dining table and television. From the lounge you can enjoy fantastic sunsets and sea views.

The flat has a shared bathroom with a shower; it also has a laundry room and air conditioning.

The property has parking for one car.

AREA

The Câmara de Lobos municipality is known for its economic activities which are centered on fishing and agriculture. Besides being a land of fishermen and farmers, the council is one of the main points of Madeira's gastronomic tradition, where the kebab and Madeira wine represent part of the region's identity.

Besides the traditional restaurants and the fishing village center, here you will find the Cabo Girão, one of the largest in Europe, as well as other leisure activities.

A medium-sized supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. In the center of Câmara de Lobos or Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, you will find several restaurants, small stores and small commercial spaces.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Câmara de Lobos. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
