Love this place!
Stayed here for the second time with a group of girlfriends. It's super clean, check-in/out is easy, and the location is beautiful. The property is currently on the market and I really hope the new buyer keeps it as a VRBO rental.

Wonderful getaway on Camano Island
We had a small family weekend at this home, and it's really in a perfect location on Camano Island. It's right on the beach with views from every room and a generous front yard & deck space for outdoor time. The home was well equipped and quite nice, with a great kitchen where we could cook anything. We'd stay here again for sure.

Such a beautiful little spot on Camano Island. Property owners were so friendly and helpful. House was the perfect layout for our group, including my elderly father. Really enjoyed our crabbing outing (and of course, eating our bounty)! Hope to be back soon!

Incredible waterfront getaway
We can’t say enough positive things about this beautiful Camano home. The house is in a stunning location and we could have just stared out the windows at the water all day. Each room was tastefully decorated but also very comfortable. Everything we could need to cook family dinners was available and the updated kitchen was lovely. The holiday decorations were a wonderful touch. Overall, an A-plus experience. Thank you!!

Relaxing family time
We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location for our three-generation family getaway. My parents were able to use the main floor bedroom. My dad uses a walker and was easily able to get in and out of the house. We all enjoyed sitting outside with the large glass door open. It definitely brings the outdoors inside. Family members enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and walking the beach. The view and location were magical, especially for Independence Day celebrations within the community. Janice and Carolyn were wonderful hosts. Thank you for a very memorable week. We would definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful home, w/a fantastic view of the water. Served our purposes. While we understand that it is winter, there were problems w/the reservation system and that there have been rough times recently; there are multiple home maintenance issues that should be addressed before the busy season. Issues include: - Home heating; water heating. - Cooktop and oven - Security System - Water filter may need to be serviced as last recorded date was 6-23-2020 That being said it was a good place, and allowed us to hold the space needed for this reunion. We thank you all for the chance to do this, and hope that things get better for y'all soon. Warm regards, The T-L-H family.

Nice place to stay
My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The description was exactly as it appeared. Very cozy and Carolyn was very helpful when needed. A little more information on how to check in would be nice as we were told nothing and when we arrived the front door was locked but we were able to gain access from the rear slider. The kitchen was well equipped but some foil and plastic wrap would have been nice. Also, small things like the lights in the showers were burnt out, the oven light was burnt out and the lower oven did not heat up properly. Also, some sort of pathway between all the wood and the house to access the beach would have been helpful for us older folks. All in all, it was a beautiful home and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely Perfect
Just returned from an amazing stay at this property. We have stayed at over a dozen properties in the area and this one stands out above the rest. Communication was top notch from the start and then, upon arrival, the house was even better than it looked online. It was pristine on the inside ... probably the cleanest home we've stayed in. The lay out is so enchanting and the view .. OH MY GOSH THE VIEW!! We saw whales, eagles, seal and so many amazing birds. We were a group of old friends .. two couple and two men on their own. The space was more than enough for all of us and we never felt cramped or in need. Usually, when we stay in rentals, by the last night my back has "had it" with the bed. This is the very first time that the bed OVER performed and I actually missed it's comfort once I got home. Everything you could need is available and, when we realized we forgot butter, they walked it over for us. Who does that? I simply can't say enough. NO IDEA what people are talking about in a couple of previous reviews .. this place is just perfection. Can not say enough positive. BOOK IT ... you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful water views with lots of wildlife watching!
The house and property were really beautiful. The star is the lovely water views from the back patio and the huge living room windows that open up! We watched the birds, seals, otters, and sunsets. The house is huge with fun and unique beachy decor. We really liked the huge kitchen and it was well equipped (good quality pans etc.). The house was very clean overall, but the kitchen had some problems areas, such as the dirty refrigerator and some dirty appliances. I probably wouldn't have marked down to 4 star on the cleanliness rating just for dirty appliances, because I know that's hard to keep up on at rental homes. But the fridge should be routine that gets thoroughly cleaned between each guest, especially with COVID. There was debris/crumbs/smudges and it smelled like crab. The only other con is that it was difficult to get a hold of anyone during our stay (however I think it was at least partially due to a family emergency). But these things were minor, and the whole family had a lovely time. It worked out really well for my father, who is in a wheelchair. We would stay here again if we were looking for another splurge weekend that is wheelchair accessible. The wildlife was so fun to watch, we didn't want to leave the show!

Beautiful home but amenities not as advertised
The home is beautiful with a fun layout, breathtaking views and tons of potential. However, I was immediately disappointed by how dirty is was. Multiple drawers and cabinets had garbage, food crumbs, dried play-duh, ripped up colored paper left in them and the handles of most of the kitchen cabinets were sticky or crusty. Many items listed were not in working order: Stove Top (breaker issue - had to wait 3 hours for owner to come switch the breaker in the locked garage) Lower Oven (never got hot enough to cook) Toaster (didn’t work) Bedroom Lamps (falling apart) Grill - worked but was gross and hanging on by a thread Amenities listed that were not provided/available: Hot Tub - actually a bathtub in one of the bedrooms outside Firepit outdoor furniture beach chairs outdoor shower kayak/canoe garage parking - the garage was locked The Nana Doors were wonderful, but we were not allowed to open them until we reached out to the owner to come to the property to show us how, which took 3 hours for her to get there and 2 minutes to be shown how to open them. In the meantime we had to close the blinds to keep from roasting the the fishbowl. I was rather disappointed in the sate of the property and the absence of amenities that I had paid for. It's a shame because this house has so much potential! I did notice the house was for sale which made me wonder if the owner just didn't care much at this point.

The home was great for our group! The home had a very large and well-equipped kitchen for cooking and gathering around the kitchen island. We felt like we were living on the water itself with the close proximity to the water/beach, wind, breeze and the like. Very lovely place to stay with friends/family...

Perfect vacation getaway
My family and I loved our time here. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside watching the boats and wildlife. My husband and kids loved the kayaks and paddle board. The bbq doesn’t look great but works fine. We bought and left a few extra bbq tools for others to use. The views of the water were amazing from every room. We hope to come back!

Beautiful home and location, but accomodations uncomfortable.
Beautiful home with a lot of potential. I have stayed at many VRBO's, and this is the first that showed lack of care. Only 1 bed, the master bed, was comfortable, the others were so hard it interferred with my quests sleeping even for the children. This is a problem I have never ran into when renting on VRBO. Oddly communication was difficult, my emails with questions and texts were never returned. When we arrived there was a mix up and the house was not ready, they did quickly work to get us in which I appreciated and they offered an extra night free which was very kind. But in staying, so much on the surface is visuallly nice and pretty but more deeply it is unkept, dirty drawers, greasy utensils, sticky knobs, rugs unwashed, no propane for BBQ, no paddle board, no kayak, no outdoor shower and last day no hot water. I have never written a negative review but these issues wore on me, particularly the hard uncomfortable beds. Most easily fixable, and such a beautiful location and home, hope they do something for their future renters.
