Confesso que fiquei assustada devido tantos comentários negativos , mas fui surpreendida positivamente por toda estrutura e atendimento. Começando pelo quarto, tudo limpo e muito aconchegante, chuveiro super quentinho e cama confortável. Funcionários e proprietários super simpáticos, sempre disponíveis. Amamos o café da manhã , muito bem servido e bastante variedade. Espero voltar em breve !!

O local em si é bonito, estava um cheiro forte de queimado no quarto devido ao uso da lareira (Deve ter sido usada pelo hospede anterior e nao limparam corretamente) e como estava chovendo nao teve como abrir as janelas. Tirando isso foi bom.

Pousada legal mas precisa de alguns ajustes.
O lugar é muito bonito, mas gostaria de ressaltar alguns pontos. Nos sentimos um pouco incomodados pelo fato dos quartos ficarem expostos ao portão de entrada e saída, o mesmo fica aberto 24 horas dando acesso total aos carros e quartos dos hóspedes. Uma vez que a pousada fica no meio do bairro, fiquei um pouco preocupada. Crianças entraram pela parte de trás do terreno, que da acesso aos chalés, andaram em todo o perimetro dos quartos e depois sairam tranquilamente, o que causou insegurança na hora de usar a banheira com as janelas abertas, apesar do mato ser fechado. O quarto não estava totalmente limpo, havia um pequeno prato em cima do frigobar cheio de pueira com talheres em cima bem manchados e a banheira também nao foi higienizada. Eu mesma higienizei a banheira para poder usar. Tambem percebi que a parte de fora nao estava limpa. Nao sou chata, tanto que não chamei ninguem mas são pequenos pontos que devem ser observados com mais atenção, o hospede quer privacidade, mas com o quintal aberto dessa forma, impede o uso de algo que é esperado como as janelas abertas usando a banheira, curtindo a natureza, conversando a bontade, fora a segurança.....se crianças entraram, qualquer um entra. O local é gostoso, a rede suspensa do quarto é maravilhosa, proporciona momentos de relaxamento sensacional! O café é bacana, tem uma variedade legal!

Amamos a estadia, ficamos em um quarto com banheira de hidromassagem e lareira, o quarto é muito aconchegante, o clima em Monte Verde estava quente durante o dia e frio bem frio a noite, de dia, o quarto era agradável porque era fresquinho, e a noite tinha a lareira e os cobertores, que delícia a cama e os cobertores rs, eu e minha amiga queria trazer pra casa a cama e os cobertores de tão gostoso e aconchegante. Amei a decoração do quarto, o espelho era lindo tirei uma foto por dia nele, o café da manhã é sensacional, tem uma variedade muito boa, eu amei o bolo de milho, o dia que não teve quase chorei kkkk, minha amiga amou o pão de queijo e todo resto. Os colaboradores da pousada são muito gentis, educados, tem um Srzinho que nos fez sentir com nosso avô em casa. A experiência foi muito boa e agradável, haaaa a limpeza do quarto, das roupas de cama e banho, do café, tudo! Impecável! O estacionamento é pequeno, teve um dia que cheguei mais tarde depois do jantar e não tinha vaga pro meu carro, deixei na rua, o que não foi um problema já q a rua é bem larga e a cidade bem segura, o mesmo se aplica a caminhonetes muito grande, a localização não foi um problema pra nós por que estávamos de carro e eu queria mesmo uma pousada mais afastada da rua central, de carro era 5 minutos, a pé acho mais complicado. Acho que é isso! Indico e se voltar, com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Bom, mas nem tudo está claro
Gostei, porém na parte de café da manhã mesmo a pousada sendo pet friendily não podíamos adentrar com ela no salão, nem na parte que era “reservada” pra isso. Sendo assim tivemos que deixar nossa cachorrinha presa no quarto. O que foi um pouso desconfortável. No mais achei razoável. Senti falta de terem trocado toalhas, tirado o lixo … enfim e bom mas tem alguns pontos a melhorar.
