The property itself needs some maintenance, my main issue was the room amenities, the heater doesn't work properly, the hot water was a hassle too. Breakfast it's OK. The green areas in the hotel are beautiful, but the real highlight here was the staff, Lauane at the front desk is an angel, such charisma and attention. Outstanding! She made our stay a lot more pleasant.

Equipe atenciosa e prestativa.
Fomos muito bem atendidos. Inicialmente nos colocaram num quarto no terceiro andar, com ótima vista e silêncio absoluto. No entanto, devido ao hotel não ter elevador, pedimos se haveria a possibilidade de nos mudar para o andar térreo. Eles prontamente nos atenderam e ficamos muito bem hospedados.
