"we arrived about an hour and a half before our concert. when we got in our room, the heat wasn’t working. We went down to the front desk and they put us in another room and It was dirty. We sat around for a few minutes while Elizabeth worked on a solution for us. The hotel was full due to the concert, but they did have a suite available which they put us in due to the issues with the two previous rooms. "Came into town for a concert. The hotel was a perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere. The check in process was not pleasant...the girl was very rude and not friendly at all. I know it was busy, but a little kindness would of been appreciated. "

"It had a nice room size and furnitures. A/c and heater worked great. But the bed sheet and blankets were very old and dirty looking. It was wairde the man passed you the shower towels when you checked in, aren't they supposed to be stocked in the shower room? The breakfast was a very simple one."

"Everything was super clean, pool and hot tub were very nice, staff was very polite and helpful, breakfast was above average for hotel breakfast, overall we have nothing bad to say about our stay or the hotel, cannot recommend this place enough"
