Tolles Grundstück und liebevolle Betreuung - und ein paar Kritikpunkte

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene, 4 Teenager und 2 Hunde. Tolles sehr großes Grundstück mitten in der Natur auf einem Berg. Süßes altes toskanisches Haus, was uns auch sehr gefallen hat. Alles war vorhanden ( Trampolin, Pool, liegen, relax-Möbel, Grill, jegliche Küchenausstattung - wiklich super. Luigia ist super nett und hilft jederzeit weiter. Als direkte Nachbarin, hilft auch eine sehr nette Dame und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. 3 Themen, die wir als Verbesserung nennen möchten. Wir haben es nicht wirklich als sauber empfunden - klar das Haus ist alt, aber wir haben erstmal den Herd und Kühlschrank vor Nutzung gereinigt und auch die Bäder waren nicht super sauber. Die Straße ist wirklich sehr laut und da die Fenster alt sind und nicht alle 100% schließen, sollte man das in die Beschreibung aufnehmen. 3 Schlafzimmer sind zur Straße und man kann wirklich jedes Fahrzeug hören. Im Garten stört es gar nicht 😊 Für Bio und Restmüll wäre eine große Tonne voll und bei 30 Grad und 7 Personen entsteht schnell einiges an Müll. Man kann diesen in der Garage aufbewahren bis zur Abholung, aber es riecht schon sehr wenn man 2-3 Tage warten muss. Uns hat es rundum gefallen und empfehlen es für Familien/Freunde, die nicht so Autolärm empfindlich sind, die für sich sein wollen, aber auch Städtetrips und Strandtage machen wollen. Es ist zwar sehr hoch gelegen, aber man kommt überall schnell (20-60 min) hin. Alles liebe für Luigia

Sfeervol en “oud”, maar degelijk en schoon.

Van alle gemakken voorzien, rustig in de heuvels gelegen, prive. Wel ietwat gehorige weg waar veel fietsers de hellingen trotseren. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw die moeite doet om engels te spreken.

Großes umzäuntes Grundstück mit sehr netter Gastgeberin

Großes Haus mit umzäunten Grundstück, was ideal für den Hund war. Die Lage ist allerdings nicht ganz optimal. Die Ortsangabe war etwas verwirrend, es liegt in Montemagno an der großen Hauptstraße, dadurch unruhig, schlafen mit geöffneten Fenstern an der Straßenseite nicht möglich. Um an einen schönen Strand zu gelangen, mussten wir 30 Minuten für 18km (Objekt ist nur über Serpentinenstraße zu errreichen) nach Marina die Torre del Lago Puccini fahren. Die nähergelegenen Strände sind völlig überlaufen, teuer, schmutzig und es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Einkaufen haben wir verbunden, wenn wir sowieso unterwegs waren, da es im Ort keinen Supermarkt gibt. Das Haus ist etwas älter und sehr einfach eingerichtet, es hat aber alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Super Gartengrundstück, die Gastgeberin sehr nett und bemüht. Als die Waschmaschine kaputt war, war gleich am nächsten Tag der Techniker da. Super Kommunikation mit sehr schneller Antwortzeit.

Schönes Haus mit Charme und großem Garten

Wir (2 Familien) hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat toskanischen Charme, ist schön eingerichtet, groß und gepflegt. Die Küche ist für viele Personen gut ausgestattet. Tip: Schublade im Küchentisch mit zusätzlichem Besteckkasten. Der Garten ist riesig mit Kinderspielgeräten, großem Pool und extra Patio. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand an der Dorfstraße. Es war nicht so viel Verkehr, dass er uns gestört hätte. Zumal die Terasse auf der anderen Seite liegt. Dort ist man ungestört. Zum Meer sind es nur 20-30 Minuten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Schön, aber...

Eine Bewertung fällt nicht ganz leicht, denn wir haben vieles an unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Haus genossen, aber es gab auch deutliche Mängel. Wir waren zwei vierköpfige Familien, die das Haus gemietet hatten. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer eignete sich dafür perfekt. Das alte Rustico hat Charme und eine passende Einrichtung. Der Garten ist riesig, schön angelegt, mit zwei Terrassen, direkt am Wald. Der Pool ist wirklich groß. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bemüht. Leider gab es aber auch eindeutige Nachteile, die man kennen sollte bevor man bucht. Das Haus liegt direkt an der SP1, einer vielbefahrenen Landstraße, an einer Stelle, an der 90 km/h gefahren werden dürfen. Ruhig gelegen ist das Haus also nicht gerade, wozu auch ständig bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft beigetragen haben. Die Bäder waren geputzt als wir ankamen. Leider wirkte der Rest über die Jahre nicht so gut gepflegt. Die Küche war nicht sehr sauber und es fehlte das ein oder andere (3 Teelöffel für 8 Personen). Man sollte auch unbedingt Autan etc mitbringen. Dort wimmelt es nur so vor Stechmücken. Wer sich vor diesen Einschränkungen nicht scheut, wird einen tollen Aufenthalt dort verleben.

Una tranquilla casa nel bosco

La casa della signora Luigia è stata molto apprezzata, gli spazi sono ampi, il giardino con la piscina decisamente gradevoli. La casa è a ridosso di un bosco e questo la rende molto fresca, sia di giorno che di notte anche nelle giornate molto calde di Agosto. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Consigliatissimo!

Heerlijke vakantie gehad! Prima huis en een super mooie tuin met heerlijk ruim zwembad! Volgende keer zouden wij weer naar een andere omgeving gaan, maar als we dezelfde omgeving weer op zouden zoeken dat zouden we hier zo weer naar terug gaan

la maison correspondait au descriptif, assez grande pour 2 familles de 10 personnes.

la maison était tout à fait conforme à nos attentes et correspondait aux photos du descriptif de l'annonce. nous étions 2 familles de 10 personnes et chacun d'entre nous avait son espace. chaque espace extérieure de la maison est très agréable, la piscine, le jardin, terrasse pour manger, petit patio, tout était agréable. seul bémol la route dont la circulation est assez intense. un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. la Toscane est une région magnifique et la maison est bien situé pour visiter cette dernière.

ottima soluzione per nuclei familiari

abbiamo trascorso due settimane da sogno. Fresco la mattina e la sera e caldo il pomeriggio. la piscina veramente bella,il giardino immenso, ma soprattutto la casa eccezionale. immersa nella natura,in un contesto molto tranquillo. vicinissima al rinomato ristorante "le meraviglie". il mare,la montagna,le città come Lucca e ogni servizio sono facilmente raggiungibili in macchina come riportato nell'inserzione. le spiagge piu vicine sono quelle di viareggio e lido di camaiore e noi abbiamo preferito la seconda. la casa era pulita, ordinata e confortevole esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio. la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto corretta. consiglierei questo immobile a chiunque a parte i miei nemici.ahahah.

Très belle ancienne maiso...

Très belle ancienne maison en bordure d'un bois à proximité du village. Bien que dotée d'une capacité de lits de 10 personnes, l'équipement sanitaire et extérieur (terrasse et chaises longues) est effectivement un peu juste. A noter, comme signalé précédemment, la situation en bordure de la Via Provinciale Lucca-Lido di Camaiore où la circulation est incessante. Néanmoins, nous y étions habitués au bout de quelques jours. Super accueil, disponibilité et gentillesse de Lucia la propriétaire et son fils Stefano. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

"maison typique toscane avec beaucoup d espace,cadre sympa,en pleine nature. lieu proche des principales visites du nord de la toscane. onpeut regretter la route departementale et la piscine juste pour le nombre de personnes. l accueil est sympatique par la propriétaire et mercià Nadia de son sourire."
