Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Zum Meer ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Wir waren Ende Mai/Anfang Juni - Wetter war gut und noch nicht viele Leute.

Vacanza rilassante
Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel bilocale con il terrazzo enorme, è stato tutto perfetto, la casa è molto bella e soprattutto è accessoriata di ogni elettrodomestico! Dista a circa 500 m dal mare ( zona molto tranquilla!) Ora arriviamo alla proprietaria.. persona veramente fantastica! Alla prossima 🤗🤗

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub
Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung ganz spontan für eine Woche gebucht. Sie ist sehr schön gelegen und hat eine riesengroße Dachterasse. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. In ein paar hundert Metern erreicht man den Strand und auch einen großen Supermarkt. Der Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge z.B. nach Pisa oder Lucca. Die Gastgeberin ist wirklich nett, hat alles erklärt und man konnte sich jederzeit mit Fragen an Sie wenden. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung
Absolutes Plus, die große schöne Terasse. Die Wohnung ist für einen Urlaub zu zweit ausreichend und im Haus ist es sehr ruhig, von den angrenzenden Wohnungen hört man nichts.. Zugang zum Bad nur übers Schlafzimmer. Leider fehlte es in der Wohnung an Kleinigkeiten. Die Kaffeemaschine ist nur eine kleine Bialetti zum aufbrühen auf der Herdplatte( eher für Espresso). Der Wischmop und die Spülbürste waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Uns fehlte noch ein kleiner Schrank in der Küche, da sonst alles belegt war. Für die Holzstühle auf der Terasse mußten wir uns noch Sitzunterlagen kaufen. Es gibt im Haus 2 Wohnungen, aber nur einen Parkplatz! Zur Umgebung. Zum Supermarkt 5 min zu Fuß und zum Strand 10min. Strandbad, 35,- € für Schirm, 2 Stühle und eine Liege. Zudem wird abends abgeschlossen und man hat fast keinen Zugang mehr zum Strand. Fazit: Das Haus steht in einer gehobenen Wohngegend, trotzdem ist dass Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für uns zu hoch. Die Buchung und die Kommunikation und Abwicklung vor Ort waren reibungslos

Schoon en net appartement.
Een prachtig en schoon appartement. Prima locatie voor het bezoeken van Pisa, Lucca en Cinque Terre. Florence ligt op een uurtje afstand, prima te doen. Het appartement ligt vlakbij de zee, helaas kun je daar alleen komen via een van de vele beachclubs.

Geweldig verblijf op een toplocatie
Mijn vrouw en ik hebben begin september het appartement van Elena en haar moeder via HomeAway gehuurd. Ons verblijf was ronduit geweldig! Het appartement komt overeen met de beschrijving. Het terras aan de voorzijde is groot en perfect voor de ochtend en avonduren. De bergen zijn goed te zien. Er is een eigen parkeerplaats op het binnenterrein, wel zo praktisch. Maar het allermooiste is toch wel de centrale ligging. Vlak bij het strand, winkels, restaurants en leuke dorpen en steden. Wij vonden de vakantie in Toscane geweldig en zullen zeker in de toekomst terugkomen. Roger en Francoise

Mer et histoire
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans l'appartement de 2 pièces (1er). Elena nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a communiqué de nombreux renseignements utiles et de très bonnes adresses dans la région. L'appartement correspond au descriptif (quartier de villas, très calme et sûr) Les plages sont à 5-6 mn à pied (mer et plages très propres). Grand supermarché à 5 mn à pied (très pratique). Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons cette adresse au coeur de nombreux points d'intérêts majeurs (Pise, Lucca, Pietrsanta, Florence). Cédric et Martine

Excellente adresse et super accueil
Nous avons passé deux semaines début du 7 au 21 juillet 2018 en famille avec nos 2 enfants de 4 et 10 ans a Lido di Camaiore. Elena la propriétaire nous a réservé un agréable accueil de même que sa maman. L’appartement correspond tout-à-fait à l’annonce et il est très bien situé dans un quartier calme proche de la mer. Nous avons également apprécié la réactivité de la propriétaire lorsque la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Directement ils ont fait le nécessaire et tout était à nouveau fonctionnel. De plus la vue sur les alpes Apuane est sensationnelle depuis la grande terrasse à disposition. Une adresse à recommander 👍

Wir(2 Erw.) waren 12 Nächte in diesem gepflegten, mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestatteten Appartement. Die gemütliche saubere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, und bis zum Strand mit Beachclubs sind es ca. 600m, auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auf dem großzügigen Balkon mit Mohnblumen kann man wunderbar Morgen- und Abendsonne geniessen. Parkplatz gibt es direkt im Hof. Unsere herzliche englischsprachige Vermieterin hat uns tolle Insider- Tipps für die Umgebung und Ausflüge gegeben. Die ganze Abwicklung hat auch perfekt funktioniert. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt)) Danke, liebe Elena!

Good home base to explore Tuscany
Modern furnished apartment with large terrace. Quiet location with a great mountain view. Very friendly host with passion and a lot of sightseeing tips. It´s a very good home base to explore Tuscany, Cinque Terre and the mountains and the Ligurian Sea. We enjoyed out stay very much and will gladly come back.

A lovely, bright apartment in a residential area, short distance from the sea.
We rented Iris apartment for 2 in September. A first floor bright and airy large apartment in a quiet residential area located on the edge of Lido di Camiaore. Secure with a private parking space, the apartment is about 15 minutes walk to the seafront. A very large supermarket is within 3 minute drive .The apartment has a large terrace with lounge and bedroom access and lovely views towards the mountains. There is a kitchenette which includes an induction hob, (no oven) dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Plenty of storage space in bedroom. Everything we needed for our holiday. Our days out included visits to Cinque Terre, Portofino, La Spezia, Lucca, Carrara and Pisa. Walk along the seafront or beach to watch sunset from the pier or take bus/bike/car in the other direction to lovely Marina di Pietrasanta. .The apartment is accessed via a spiral staircase so may not be suitable for some people. The owner who spoke good English, made us feel very welcome and would answer any queries and suggested places to visit. A lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

Tranquillità!!!!
Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento all'inizio di agosto 2017 con il nostro bambino di 7 mesi, ambiente molto tranquillo e confortevole. La proprietaria e' molto disponibile ed abbiamo visitato molti luoghi da lei indicati sempre con bellissime sorprese!!!!

Sehr gut!
Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten mal in der Ferienwohnung, und auch beim zweiten mal völlig zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und kümmt sich gut um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Mit der Lage sind wir auch zufrieden. Mit Kleinkindern ist der Strand nicht in Laufentfernung, sonst geht aber auch das. Wir kommen vermutlich wieder!

Appartamento da poco ristrutturato, arredamento nuovo, essenziale è molto carino. Bagno della giusta grandezza e funzionale. Camera con 2 armadi. Il soggiorno con la cucina ben attrezzata (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde) e il bello è che quando non si usa si può chiudere con delle ante e sembra un armadio. Ma il bello di questo appartamento sono le terrazze! Una di servizio dove si possono tenere i bidoncini della differenziata e lo stendino e l'altra grandissima! Con tavolo, sedie, ombrellone e lettino! È assolata tutto il giorno e la sera si può cenare al fresco! Altra cosa importante, c'è un posto auto recintato e aria condizionata. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto attenta ad ogni esigenza ! Il prossimo anno torneremo di sicuro!

Favoloso
Le foto e la descrizione dell'appartamento Iris corrispondono al vero. Appartamento curatissimo, elegante e con un enorme terrazzo abitabile pieno di fiori scelti stagionalmente dalla proprietaria. Vicinissimo al supermercato Esselunga e ad altri negozietti. Posto auto e giardinetto. A circa 600 mt dal mare comunque comodo a tutte le spiagge attrezzate ed al lungomare di Marina di Pietrasanta e di Lido di Camaiore. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato pulito e le proprietarie (mamma e figlia) sono persone stupende, gentili e disponibili.

Lido di Camaiore - Annuncio 1217520 - Appartamento Iris - Appartamento comodo,funzionale, luminoso e pulito,dotato di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno senza difficoltà.Arrivi e non pensi a nulla!Supermercato vicino, mare a due passi, zona silenziosa, terrazzo stupendo con vista alpi Apuane e ville circostanti con giardini e alberi secolari.Privacy assicurata.Ideale per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi anche con bimbi.Consigliato a tutti.Possibilità di raggiungere centri con negozi e attività culturali (Versiliana,Pietra Santa).Spazio per biciclette e auto.Elena e Laura simpatiche e disponibili.NOn potrei chiedere di meglio.

Molto buono
L'appartamento è molto curato e funzionale. È dotato di ogni comfort e la posizione è strategica poiché vicina al mare e a due minuti dal supermercato Esselunga che,attraverso un parco,è raggiungibile anche a piedi. Il terrazzo è molto grande e spazioso ed è un ambiente perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di sole. Elena e sua mamma sono molto gentile disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Vivamente consigliato!

Lovely apartment, close to the beach.
We stayed here for 1 week in July, the apartment is in walking distance to the beach and a large supermarket, we hired bikes for the week and cycled to the main shopping areas of Marina di Pietrasanta and also the Lido di Camiore, making it very convenient. The apartment was very clean and well presented, one of the owners meet us at the property, as arranged. We would defiantly recommend to a friend who wanted to stay in the area, and hope to return ourselves.

Sentirsi a casa a due passi dal mare
Appartamento splendido, dotato di tutti i comfort, con una bella terrazza fiorita e attrezzata con ombrellone tavolo e sedie che permette di pranzare e cenare all'aperto con vista. Le proprietarie sono estremamente gentili e disponibili. Ero con la mia famiglia e il mio bimbo piccolo, mai scelta è stata più azzeccata. Zona perfetta per le famiglie, stabilimenti accoglienti, paesi dell'entroterra da scoprire. Spero di poter tornare l'anno prossimo. 10 e lode!

Ho trovato questa sistemazione perfetta x le mie vacanze in quanto vicina al mare, al supermercato e in un contesto molto carino. Ristrutturata recentemente, l'appartamento è molto luminoso e pulito, arredato con gusto e la terrazza perfetta per cene stive!!! La proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile! Molto piacevole il mio soggiorno.
