Villa la Sequoia
Mikol was the perfect host. She even managed to get a restaurant to give us an early booking as we had a baby with us. She booked restaurants for couples too! Every question we had regarding the area got a very quick response with helpful suggestions.The property and pool were lovely. Definitely a place to visit with a large group. All our family loved it.

Wonderful Authentic Villa Experience
The Villa was unforgettable, and the Host was exceptional. The Host was extremely helpful. She arranged for dependable drivers and an outstanding cook and provided advice and recommendations on restaurants, trips, etc. The Host quickly responded to problems and questions personally. The Villa is spacious, gated, and very safe. It backs up to the Alpi Apuane Mountains with fantastic views and cool nights. My family stayed a month and enjoyed the Villa and the location. The Villa is close to Luca, Siena, Pisa, Cinque Terre, wineries, and other popular destinations, including beautiful beaches, between 30 minutes and a 1.5-hour drive. The adults and children enjoyed the large pool and spacious and well-groomed grounds. The quaint Town of Camaiore was only a mile away, with groceries, fresh produce stands, bakeries, and stores with fresh meats. The Town had several shops, restaurants, buses, and other transportation options. The overall stay was outstanding. It is an authentic Villa, a real Tuscany experience. Nobody wanted to leave, even the children.

Ottimo soggiorno vicino a Lucca
La villa è comodissima per chi viaggia in gruppi grandi, ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'host è sempre stata prontissima a rispondere ad ogni domanda e la casa aveva tutto quello che ci poteva servire, non abbiamo mai avuto carenza di qualcosa. Le camere sono spaziose, ognuna dotata di un suo bagno, e anche gli spazi comuni riescono ad ospitare tranquillamente 10 persone. Davvero nulla di cui lamentarsi.

Super Ferienhaus
Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es hab wirklich 18 Personen ausreichend Platz in dem Haus. Toll ist das jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Das Haus bietet drinnen und draußen ausreichende Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch der Pool und das weitläufige Gelände ums Haus ist einfach super.

Fabulous villa in a wonderful location
We all had the most wonderful time at villa Sequoia and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone wanting to have a large family/friends holiday. There is more than enough space so you are not falling over each other and can easily have space and time on your own. We were a party of 9...8 adults and one child who could run around safely. Many thanks to Micol and her staff for ensuring everything was just perfect

Fantastiskt
Ett perfekt boende. Allt enligt önskemål. Familj på 18 personer från drygt ett år till 72. Alla trivdes. Fantastiska kvällar vid långbord bredvid grillen. Önskemål om vssa knivar i köket. Och tyvärr Camaoire lite tråkig. Men fantastiska omgivningar. Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Lucca, Candalla med mera. Nära till allt. En fantastisk trädgårdsanetare som på god engelska lärde oss massor om namn på träd och buskar bland annat. Rekommenderas!!!

Mooi huis maar overleg goed van tevoren met de verhuurder.
Bij aankomst bleek het zwembad leeg, vies en veel huidsmeer te bevatten. Het cleaningsbedrijf had pas 1 week voor onze aankomst de op dracht gekregen om het te reinigen terwijl we in februari geboekt hebben. Het cleaningsbedrijf treft geen blaam, ze hebben hun best gedaan. Jammer dat we maar ruim 1 dag van het zwembad gebruik konden maken. Ook bij aankomst bleek de wifi niet te werken dit werd pas na 4 dagen opgelost. De correspondentie voorafgaand ging zeer moeizaam. We hadden een extra babybedje ruim van tevoren gevraagd deze kwam pas 2 dagen na aankomst. Alles een flinke domper op de vakantie. Het huis heeft achterstallig onderhoud, de locatie is prachtig

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der großen Villa, die viel Platz für gemeinsames Kochen, Grillen oder Spieleabende bietet. Auch Spaziergänge durch den großen parkähnlichen Garten oder schöne Stunden am Pool werden uns in toller Erinnerung bleiben. Micol ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Super geeignet für Gruppen!
Wir haben mit 12 Personen für eine Woche die Villa von Micol genutzt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat bereits im Vorfeld sehr schnell und kompetent auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Einchecken und Auschecken funktionierten problemlos und bei Problemen hat Micol sofort reagiert. Auch Sonderwünsche, z. B. Reservierungen wurden erfüllt. Das Objekt liegt auf einem Berg und das Grundstück ist sehr groß und gepflegt. Der Pool ist Spitze und lädt täglich zur Erholung ein. Die Villa ist in einem rustikalem Stil erbaut und entspricht den Erwartungen an die Toskana. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und relativ gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind alt und rustikal, passen aber zur Villa. Auch die Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist groß genug für 12 Personen, allerdings ist der Herd von der Leistungsfähigkeit für eine größere Gruppe nicht ausreichend. Man kann nur zwei Platten auf Volllast betreiben. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden, Gläser könnten etwas mehr und auch sauberer (waren teilweise verstaubt) sein. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Parfait pour de belles vacances en groupe
Magnifique cadre, une villa très bien conçue avec pleins d’espaces communs extérieurs comme intérieurs, une très belle et spacieuse piscines, chambres avec salles d’eau individuelles, possibilité de traiteur dont les échanges ont pu être gentillement coordonnés par notre hôte. Dejligt ophold
Virkelig lækker ophold. Huset, området og poolen levede op til forventningerne. Det at kunne bade hele dagen er virkelig dejligt og poolen størrelse var også fin. Lækkert med en børneende til de helt små. Gode værelser og også dejligt med badeværelser til alle værelser.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einer tollen Villa
Wir (3 Familien mit inzwischen erwachsenen Kindern zzgl. Partnern) hatten eine großartige Woche in der Toskana und in der Villa La Sequoia. Insgesamt waren wir 13 Personen. Durch die Größe und die geschickte Aufteilung des Hauses konnte man sich bei Bedarf auch mal zurückziehen und hatte seine Privatsphäre. Besonders genossen haben wir natürlich den tollen Pool, dessen Wasser schon richtig schön warm war. Die Kommunikation mit Micol war fantastisch. Auf Rückfragen hat sie sehr schnell reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Villa La Sequoia für größere Gruppen nur empfehlen.

Fantastisk uke for storfamilien
Villaen i åsen i Camaiore innfridde alle forventningene våre. Vi er en storfamilie på 15 som hadde ventet lenge på å kunne reise til Toscana. Alle var svært fornøyde med både beliggenheten og rommene. Villaen fungerte supert i godt vær (bassengområdet passet oss bra), men også på et par regnværsdager var det plass nok til alle innendørs. Kjøkkenet var bra for denne matglade famiien, og det var hyggelig å kunne dekke bord til alle, både inne og ute. Det er en fin liten morgentur ned til Camaiore for å kjøpe ferskt brød, og den lille byen har også gode restauranter. Micol ga oss mange nyttige tips og hjalp oss mye med å bestille både transport til Firenze og vinsmaking på en svært hyggelig vingård ikke langt unna. Siden vi var så mange, delte vi oss og noen besøkte stranda, Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre og flere andre byer i regionen. Vår familie er kjempefornøyd med denne ferieboligen og med Micol som vert. Vi har allerede anbefalt den til andre som planlegger ferie i Toscana.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub in idyllisch gelegenem Domizil
Die Villa eignet sich bestens für Urlaub im größeren Kreis, da reichlich Platz vorhanden ist, was Zimmer, Betten, Bäder, Ausstattung des Haushalts, Grillplatz, Poolanlage, etc. betrifft. Die ruhige Lage im Hügel über Camaiore bietet Entspannung und typisch toskanischen Flair. Unsere Gastgeberin empfing uns trotz nächtlicher Ankunft sehr freundlich und war stets sofort erreichbar, sofern Bedarf bestand. Wir (9 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Everything was perfect
The house and garden/pool was perfect and as described. Due to the hills there were no real neighbours and the nights were cool. Everything was very proper and spacious. I can recommend the house without any doubt.

We went with two large families and had a marvelous time. The Charme of the house and the Environment are above the expectations from the pictures and the landlady has always been very supportive. (Even with the silliest questions from us;-) We hope to be back one day!

Haus für enspannte Ferien
Wir haben eine tolle und entspannte Ferienwoche genossen! Den Pool und Den Garten haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen und auch Ausflüge zum Strand können wir empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert! Es war toll!

We where 14 persons (7couples) in this fantastic Villa for 1 week. All bedrooms with your own bathroom. For many of us the day started with a swim in the pool which added the little extra. Micol helped us a lot with booking transports and giving us suggestions what to do which was highly appreciated. We can really recommend a stay at this place. / Bo

Tuscany Family Holiday
We were a large family group of 5 couples and 7 kids. Micol is a fantastic, warm welcoming host and very helpful and responds very quickly if there is an issue. We had two issues but she resolved them immediately so there was no hassle. She will recommend you some nice restaurants, beach resorts which are very good. The Villa is amazing, mesmerising views all around. Facalities excellent. Pictures do not do justice. We had a memorable time and one of the most enjoyable trip. Camaiore is a beautiful town too. Would love to visit again. Definitely recommend

Beautiful Tuscan villa
Last week, our family came and stayed a week at the villa in Camaiore (6 adults, 2 kids). We wanted everything to be perfect as it was our parents 50th wedding anniversary and the whole family was together. We had initially rented another property in Camaiore but decided at the last minute that it didn’t fit our needs. We found Micol’s villa and it seemed too good to be true. Priced very reasonably and with everything we could ask for, including a pool and huge yard, we booked it. It was an absolutely beautiful property and home. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean and equipped with all the towels, cutlery, and dishes you could need. Micol was so great to deal with as well. If we had any questions before we booked the property, she was very prompt to respond. If we had any questions or problems after we arrived at the property, she was just as quick to respond. In fact, she came to the property within minutes of sending a text when we realized we had an issue. Camaiore is a smaller town but in a very central location. We wanted to be somewhere where we could do a day trip to Cinque Terre or Lucca and not be too far from the beach. This area was perfect for this. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property to anyone. Micol, thanks for an unforgettable week!
