"Everything was great, we had welcome drink, for dinner we had a private chef. The hosts are nice. The only issue was that our room in ground floor was next to the garage and the petrol smell was incredible. "

"We arrived at the hotel and were told that we did not have a reservation as the property was being renovated. We were put in a neighbouring casa with a lovely lady but the casa was not as nice/big as our original booking. Very disappointed with the whole situation and not sure if hotel Italia took another booking and disregarded ours. "

"The couple was amazing! They allowed us to check in early and made the most wonderful dinner! They were also extremely helpful in organizing a transfer to Camaguey Airport the following morning! Will definitely be using them again when coming back to Camaguey!"

"Upon arrival we found that the hotel had problems with the water service. We were offered to stay at the Santa Maria Hotel and the receptionist took us there in person and help us with the checking process. Excellent service and beautiful hotel."
