"We had an amazing stay at Pompeii Suite Giovanna and I would highly recommend. Our suite was a short walk to the city center, spacious, nicely decorated, and spotless. "Where to begin....it’s an apartment and not at all as described. We arrived on Sunday to no staff. We literally wandered the building until someone took pity and helped us. Exhausted we napped only to have the owner banging on the door (not using the buzzer system) loudly and aggressively demanding the tax money of 15 euros. "This boutique family run hotel is in an ideal spot overlooking the pretty harbour of Bacoli. The hotel is recently renovated and is to a high standard. We had a room with a terrace, small kitchenette and bathroom with a fabulous large shower. The owners made us feel very welcome and helped arrange taxis . It’s only a short walk to the lovely golden sandy beach with clear blue sea. There are restaurants next to the hotel on the harbour but it’s also only a short walk into the town of Bacoli or to...

"Good: Beautiful spot, great pool, nice kitchen, clean property, great view. Bad: 35 Euro fine print hidden "cleaning fee" demanded in cash at the end of our stay. Taxi to town costs between 20-30 euro every time. We spent 80 Euro on cabs in two days. Hard bed, not enough towles."

"予約を入れたのにオーナーからは予約が入ってないと言われ、Hotels.comから連絡を入れもらい、宿泊する事は出来ましたがクィーンベットのはずがシングルベットでしたし朝食ありプランですが隣のオーナー部屋でコーヒーのみでした。朝食の時間も8時と約束してましたが8時半過ぎまで待ちオーナーに連絡を入れると寝起きで隣の部屋に来いとのずさんな対応。このB&Bはオーナー在宅ではありませんので注意してください。"

"We had to ring owner to get into apartment even though it stated that reception was from 6pm to 10.30 pm. There was no balcony in the apartment but yet it stated on website that there was. The apartment was nice and cosy but as I said the misinformation on the website was disappointing."
