"The hotel, restaurant and spa were lovely but everything is closed on Tuesdays (which we did not know before booking) A car is absolutely essential, and the staff were no help whatsoever in helping us accommodate not having one. The tastings for the vineyard are 8km from the site and on Tuesdays the restaurant is closed. There is also no bar or restaurant for lunch in the week. "We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. The development is in a satisfactory location but I would recommend that you hire a car. We ate in the restaurant once and would not recommend it. "The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and had a nice view. Would recommend to someone looking to stay a short time in the area. Only downside is you’re not close to many of the main attractions in the area. "

"This hotel had an amazing atmosphere and a great location to old town. The hotel itself is magnificent with a lot of options and beautiful location. The only downfall we encountered was the room was too hot when we asked to lower the temperature they unlocked it, but the room was still so hot that we could not sleep. The vent was actually pushing out hot air. They have notices to avoid having windows open because of bugs but our choice was essentially bugs or melt. Aside from this, it was a beautiful hotel, all staff were very friendly, and the location is the best for views and walkability to the top views. Highly recommend but maybe ask for a fan in your room at night. "
