Our Surf Shack a “wave” from it all located on the East End of Long Island and has been COMPLETELY RENOVATED!! New kitchen, Bathroom with a Rain Shower and new floors throughout. Enjoy a large open floor plan; our cottage offers so much more space, comfort, and enjoyment. A covered large backyard deck with an outdoor Smart TV and outdoor dining for your enjoyment with a gas bbq grill.

Hosting 3 bedrooms - PICK 2 that suit your needs. In some cases 3 bedrooms will be available for you - message me for more details.

You have a 5 minute walk to a private beach. Our Surf Shack Cottage has a beautiful open floor plan with a cozy beach theme. The cottage has been completely renovated with a new bathroom, kitchen and flooring throughout. You'll enjoy the quaintness of a cottage and a large area for you and your guests to gather in. Play a board game or read a book with a glass of wine. The farm cathedral ceilings invite you to enjoy a relaxing cozy feeling.



Guest access

Your choice of 2 bedrooms. Longer stays will allow for 3 bedrooms. Ask about it!

Guests can access the entire home, and also enjoy a large back yard deck. There are 2 parking spots adjacent to the cottage - LOFT MUST BE APPROVED

GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT

PETS MUST BE APPROVED
***ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING**** MINIMUM $500 CLEAN UP FEE

Interaction with guests

In most cases, I will greet my guests and be available for any questions or concerns they may have about the community and surrounding areas

Other things to note

Respect your neighbors. Park only in the cottage parking spots (additional parking is available at the front of the entrance of Woodcliff. Woodcliff park is a community of cottages that is family oriented
