"Was greeted nicely, checkin a breeze, elevators worked. Room heat worked. Bathroom was nice but the shower was due for an upgrade, it seemed older than the room but it worked fine. Bed was soft, the way i like ir. Pillows were nice."

"This experience was a lot better than the time we stayed here in October. The two issues I had were 1. Our room key did not work one time and we had to go back downstairs to get it reactivated. 2. They had a little hot cocoa set up for the holiday, this was nice ; however, I was not sure if it was complementary or we had to pay for it. For coffee downstairs you have to pay for. It would have been nice if they put up a sign so people would know. "

"Room was large and mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast options were more than adequate. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Only disappointment was the breakfast which now is not included . We decided to pay the 11$ Per person for breakfast as it was very good the last time we stayed even though it was free the last time. Everything was just barely warm. Oatmeal was watery . Bacon was like chewing leather. There was a nice variety of food but it was all not hot enough. The best part was the bread I put in the toaster! "
