"We were put in a handicap room that had a broken heater had some warmth coming out but not heating room. It was like 19 degrees outsidwee put jackets over us and just waited to see if it warmed up, checking several times didn't warm so went down and told staff and they proceeded to check system and found us another hotel room that was suitable for us and our needs. We aren't in wheel chair but have we walking issues and I'm a fall risk. Staff was curtious and accommodating and it was practically a walk in shower and easy to get in bed. Slept Well and very Quiet.Will go back again and again!"

"Our stay fit our need to visit Yukon Oklahoma to see family. Only down side was the rooms we had did not have roll in shower for handicap family member who was traveling with us. "

"We liked the convince and location of the property. We didn't like the fact that the hotel is not dog friendly as I had been told by Expedia. Thankfully the front desk person allowed our dog into the hotel."

"Room, food and bar service was great. We’ve stayed here several times and have never felt like we were an inconvenience but this check in wasn’t the best - Person who checked us in was very short so they came across as rude, hopefully they were just having a bad day."
