"The AC was broken and they did nothing to fix or provide a different room. It was 32 degrees. They offered us a fan but it was difficult to sleep. Seems a lot of rooms are very old. The location and view were spectacular! Breakfast was good."

Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"The hotel was fantastic. Great location with a 15 minute beautiful walk along the lake to RIva. Great views of the lake and mountains. Hotel rooms were to a high standard with very comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. The hotel was clean and modern. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. "Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance. Staff is super helpful and friendly, goes the extra mile. This one really deserves the 'Grand' in their name."
