The villa Alba in Calpe is ideal for families who wish to spend a few relaxing days in one of the quietest urbanisations in Calpe. It is located close to the beach of Puerto Blanco, and close to the town, where you will have access to all services in less than 5 minutes by car.

The villa Alba has 120 m² of comfortable living space on one floor and is fully equipped, has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, and has a capacity for 6 people.
The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with WC and washbasin only (no shower), a second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and a third bedroom with two single beds and a fan. The flat has a complete bathroom with bathtub, a living-dining room, terrace and an independent electric kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It also has air conditioning and heat pump.
From the private pool, you can enjoy the sea and mountain views and you can relax eating with your family or friends or watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of Calpe. Don't miss it!

Views with a pool!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Calpe. The house has incredible views up in the hills and the swimming pool was perfect. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen so we were able to prepare meals at home. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful villa, peaceful area
This villa is fantastic and very well equipped for catering. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. If you struggle with mobility then this is not the villa for you, there are a lot of steps and the villa is set on a steep mountain side. There is a tiny private beach about a 15 minute downhill walk away, and a busier large beach about a 30 minute walk away. This is a very hilly area so be ready to climb! I cannot fault the villa itself, it has everything you need for a fantastic get away including an incredible view and private pool. There are lots of roosters in the area that crow incessantly throughout the day but the blackout blinds muffle the sound and ensure you get a good night's sleep. Calpe is a lovely town but with a relatively quiet nightlife. Overall we had an amazing time here and villas Guzman were extremely helpful throughout the booking process.
