Great apartment very modern with all amenities. View is fantastic over the sea. My only gripe was the Internet connection and reception, apart from that we had a good time

The property is located amazingly! The view is spectacular and the apartment well kept. The only issue we had is that the floor had sand and it was dusty atound. I got charge a cleaning fee and the apartment wasn't. Other than that it was great.

Lovely apartment in absolutely excellent location - close to the beach and the old town. The views of the town and cliff are stunning and there is free parking at the building behind an electric gate, luxury. Don't know if there are enough parking spaces in the summer. Only minus is the double bed, which is quite hard and which becomes stressful to sleep on after some days. But it can be individual.

Todo correcto 100% recomendable. Volvería a repetir, cerca de la playa con unas vistas preciosas, por poner un pero el parking se queda pequeño, hay pocas plazas.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Ausblick auf den Penion de Ifach und das Meer. Tolle Lage, nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und Parkplätze im Hof. Alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.

Die Ferienwohnung war so, wie sie beschrieben ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Die Lage ist perfekt um zu Fuß Calpe zu entdecken.Auch der traumhafte Strand war in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

El apartamento muy cómodo y las vistas impresionantes
El apartamento está muy bien equipado para una estancia cómoda. Tiene muy buenas vistas y al ser un 10° piso hemos tenido brisa todos los días y casi no hemos echado de menos el aire acondicionado. El acceso a la playa es cómodo aunque la vuelta con calor se nos hacía un poco "cuesta arriba". La única pega que le pongo es que el edificio tiene apenas 20 plazas de aparcamiento y no están asignadas sino que son para el que consigue una.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung in der 10. Etage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings mussten wir den Urlaub leider aus gesundheitlichen Gründen vorzeitig abbrechen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles sehr zentral zu erreichen. Tolle Geschäfte, Supermärkte, ein richtig tolles Eiscafe und der Friseur um die Ecke hat mich auch überzeugt. Einziges kleines Manco, die Oberbetten waren ein bisschen dünn und der Sonnenschirm am Balkon müsste stabiler sein.

L'appartement correspond en tous points à l'annonce. 2 parasols de plage sont mis a disposition. Le four est un peu petit mais peut quand même contenir un poulet rôti découpé. Calpe est une superbe station balnéaire avec pleins d'activités (en tous cas la première quinzaine du mois d'août). Les grandes surfaces sont accessibles à pied (Mercadona à 8 minutes et MyMercat à 5 minutes). Juste 2 petits reproches, il n'y a pas de climatisation dans l'appartement qui dispose que d'un seul ventilateur. Le stationnement n'est pas facile à Calpe. L'immeuble dispose de places de parking mais pas en suffisance pour tout le monde. Quand une place se libère, il faut la prendre de suite et ne plus utiliser la voiture. En résumé, nous avons l'intention d'y retourner pour nos prochaines vacances.
