Old and dated
We have just returned from a 9 day stay in this studio. Firstly the positives. Great location 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to calpe old town. Quiet area with very little noise. Big outside terrace NEGATIVES. The studio is old , dated and tired and needs a full refurbishment to bring it up standards expected in 2023. No air conditioning, no wifi, no washing machine. The bed is a sofa bed with a matress put on top of it. The table on the terrace looks nothing like the one in the photo as it is old and rusty. No mirror in the living area. Only mirror in the bathroom. Again the bathroom is dated and needs a refurbishment to bring it up to modern standards

Good location
Good location for the main shopping street and short walk to the beach. The apartment is on 6th floor so nice and cool at night. On downside is the elderly plumbing which smelt a bit first thing in the morning

Brilliant time, quality for price you paid .
Lovely studio for couples. Close to the beach shops bars. Quaet neighbourhood. You have everything wat you need. Top floor big patio terrace shower bath kitchen . It's nice to stay spring time because summer time needs to be air-conditioning to be fitted in that flat, other way will be to hot inside.

Möbel
Eine schöne zentral gelegene Unterkunft die aber Möbel aufweist die echt gefährlich sind. Die Stühle lösen sich auf, die Küche hat auch ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Das Sofa, zum schlafen vorgesehen, lässt einen mit schmerzen im Rücken wach werden. WLAN gab es genauso wenig wie deutsche Sender im Fernseher. Aber es gibt sehr nettes Personal.

Studio sympa
Studio sympa pour un court séjour. La literie est catastrophique, dormir dans un canapé avec des ressorts plein le dos est un vrai supplice. Obliger sur la 2eme semaine de metre le matelas (peu épais) au sol car les douleurs étaient insupportables. Le contrat de location mentionnait une machine a laver le linge et il n'y en avait pas. Pour finir, pas de connections wifi, dommage ! Car la wifi est indispensable, vivons avec notre temps !. Le mobilier est vetuste, prévoir de le changer.

Apartment in einer Super Lage
Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Terasse ist gross u. sonnig. Das Apartment war sauber. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat, war die Ausziehcouch. Die war nicht so bequem, beim seitlichen Einstieg waren die Gestänge der Couch offen u. ich hatte an den Füßen blaue Flecken. Leider fehlte ein Wifi, als Alleinreisende braucht man eine Kommunikation. Auch das Fehrnsehen hatte keine deutschsprachigen Sender. Der Zimmerpreis war gut. Auch eine Waschmaschine fehlte.
