Stayed at topacio 2 last year and was very happy with the apartment so booked topacio again. Was put in topacio 4 in what was supposed to be a superior apartment but found it very lacking. There was no kettle or hairdryer. Very limited kitchen equipment. Only 1 large glass. 3 cups etc. Only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for a weeks stay. The apartment was clean but could do with some TLC. TV had very limited channels. Nothing in English. Workmen were renovating downstairs apartment so lots of hammering and drilling. Was very disappointed after the stay we had last year and would probably not book topacio again after this experience. Possibly being unfair. Could just be that the owners need to put a little thought to their guests comfort

The rooms were a good size for the two of us. The balcony was large with a table and chairs and got the sun in the afternoon. The flat contained basic furniture which was adequate for our 1 week stay and was very comfortable.

Lovely 2 bed apartment, ideal location
We had a 2 bedroom apt with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Nice view of the sea and the salt Lake. Set on the seafront, close to the rock and supermarkets. About a 25 min walk into town. Apt block was kept very clean and lifts were very efficient. Only downside to our stay was the mattress on the bed, rather uncomfortable unless your able to sleep on your back! All in all it was very good value for money and would definitely stop there again.

Very nice apartment with fantastic sea views and private entry/ exit to beautiful promenade. Only negative is that the bathroom requires upgrading. Overall a comfortable convenient and reasonably priced apartment. Would go back again.

We had no complaints about the apartment. It was basic but clean and had what we needed for our 5 night stay. The location was great. Very quiet but probably a lot busier and noisier in the summer months. Our only complaint was that the place we were told to go to for the key was locked up and after 40 minutes of wandering around a friendly shopkeeper told us where to go. We were not impressed by that but that was hotels.coms fault not the apartment owners. We would stay there again

Topacio 3 good stay.
Kitchen very basic stock, all crockery not microwave safe yet microwave is provided! Area very quiet, no night life as we went off season. Very helpful staff at Turmalina.

Clean budget apartment - could do better.
My son and family stayed in Apartmentos Topacio IV. The apartment was clean as was the beds and general condition. Unfortunately - I think because the apartment was ' up for sale' the patio doors would not lock and also there was no kettle in the kitchen to make a hot drink.

Beautiful place. Apartment was clean but dated. However, we all really enjoyed our stay. Check in gentleman very helpful at Turmalina, as couldn't find our apartment at first. Very convenient location for beach. Sunrise from our balcony of beach spectacular. Sunset of mountains spectacular too.

Nice hotel, great position close to the beach....
We had a problem booking in as there didnt seem to be a reception. ..after an hour one of our party found it was across the road in a different building..I hadn't been able to print out my booking as had run out of ink so sure it was there in that paperwork which would have made it easier .All fine after we got into the apartment...

Location was beachfront, high level apartment, sun drenched generous balcony throughout the entire day and in the evening majestic pink sunsets..........what more could anyone ask..... for and all in October....loved it.... all in easy reach of beachfront bars and resturants

Great location right next to a fantastic beach.
Great apartments with all local amenities at less than a stones throw away. The beach at touching distance away with sun on it from 7am till 9pm. Fantastic for sun worshipers and when your finished with the beach there's 3 great swimming pools to choose from to cleanse you through before getting ready to hit the local bars and restaurants which were fabulous. Fish lovers will love the harbour at Calp which you can dine at for €30 per couple including starter, main, dessert and wine..!! Amazing place.

Worn down appartment but great location.
Worn down apartment with a minimum of equipment. We had to go to the reception several times to get missing stuff for the kitchen. Not clean. Topacio is four seperated apartment complexes with seperate gates and admission. Topacio IV wich we were in did not have 3 pools as the ad had pictures of but rather two smaller ones. The reception was in a different complex called Hippocampus. The receptionist at the nearby Hippocampus apartment complex that servet Topacio IV was very helpful. The location is great. It is right on the beach and close to stores and resturants.
