"Property exactly as described with everything provided to have a comfortable stay. Lina was excellent with communication and kindly offered to get some essential shopping for us before we arrived because of our late flight. The Property was clean and the check in was efficient and friendly. Quiet neighbourhood and only a short drive into Playa D'en Bossa and Ibiza Town. Supermarkets only a 5 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a group of 6 adults and the villa was great! The emphasis is definitely on the outside area which was absolutely incredible and the most important part. One of the bedrooms had 2 single beds which would be great if you had kids, but not so good for adults. The host was amazing and great with communication. Overall it was a great first stay in Ibiza! "

"Our stay with Luana was magical!! It was in the perfect location for our trip. I was with a friend and her 18 year old daughter and friend who wanted to celebrate with concerts and dancing. We were a 10 min ride away from the action. Luana also offered car service and happened to always be ready for when we needed her. We felt super safe for the girls. Prima di tutto la porzione esterna (ovvero quasi tutto l'appartamento) è pieno di insetti (cucarache, scarafaggi ecc) e addirittura ratti..due ratti di dimensioni notevoli! "We had a lovely stay in this rental. The host was super friendly and helpful and was great at responding promptly to any of our queries. The villa itself looks as it does in the photos and the layout is great for an even larger group than ours. There were 3 of us on this trip but you could of course manage a lot more with 4+ bedrooms. We spent most of our time by the pool overlooking the bay but it was easy to drive to Sa Caleta beach which is very close by. The beds are comfy - I think memory...

"Your description was very good and the property was exactly how I imaged it would be although the door height was quite low for me as I am 6ft 1" and after banging my head a couple of times I quickly remember to duck!. We did not eat out locally often so I an unable to comment, but you are very convenient if you wish to travel anywhere on the island, very central for everything. Once you know what day/time the pool man arrives and along with the cleaning lady for the change of linen/towels etc...

"Wonderful property, especially for families. The pool and outdoor area are perfect. There are three rooms upstairs that can sleep 5 people. And 1 bedroom downstairs that sleeps 2. So the property is ideal for 7 people. Teodora was very helpful! Anytime we had a question or a problem it was fixed immediately."
