Spectacular townhouse with private pool and garage in the old centre of Callosa

Beautiful fully renovated ancient mansion on the edge of the old town of Callosa, with spectacular mountain views and within walking distance of shops and restaurants, hiking and cycling trails.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room and two spacious bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. The adjacent partly covered terrace has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with large dining table overlooking the private pool with sun loungers. There is an outdoor shower and barbecue, as well as a separate lounge room and an extra bathroom with shower and toilet.

A beautiful marble staircase will lead you to the first floor, which also has a separate entrance from the street. Here is a second spacious living room and dining area and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate guest toilet, sunny balcony, three double bedrooms and a study, where an extra single bed can be placed if necessary.

Then there is a third floor with three double bedrooms, living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and sunny balcony. On the top floor is a large roof terrace with spectacular mountain and sea views. There´s a private garage for 4 cars and several bicycles and motorbikes.

Gorgeous town house.
I went away with ten girlfriends. The house was easily big enough for all of us. Lots of character and a lovely pool area. A car is needed to get around, the buses not that regular. But, cabs are very easy to get and very reasonably priced.
