"This property is in a very poorly maintained complex. The communal areas are not cleaned regularly. The rubbish bins were overflowing . The furniture in the villa was very old and not very clean. The bedlinen was old and stained with no change of linen given for the 2 weeks we were there. We had to wash and remake the beds the same day. We were given one small bath towel each. "We were given a disabled person’s room initially which was unsuitable for us. Staff quickly and courteously responded and provided a balcony room overlooking the pool at no extra cost. The hotel is quite new, well run and the breakfast is excellent.run"

"The hotel was great for what we wanted The food was fantastic to lots of options We really thought the hotel room was lovely - But could do with some soft close hinges on the doors as alot of people bang them shut every morning and evening waking everyone up. The pools are great - the loungers could do with cleaning as they look dirty some of them. The drink prices are fantastic to we were half board. I also noticed some staff don't always understand what is asked for such as one morning...
