"It was an absolutely lovely experience and grate place to stay. The most disappointing thing, esotericism on a holiday advertised for kids, is that you can only get 1 hour slots at the pool per day. Yes the pool is emptier when you're there but 1 hour is just not enough! Plus you have to drive to get anywhere else that's kids friendly. So if that changed my rating would improve."

"There is so much that could be said about this wonderful property. The views are spectacular, the property its self is truly unique and a very special place. Meals on the terrace were wonderful, watching the sea and being visited by so much wildlife. Our children loved the peacocks and the fish in the pond and watching the many seagulls! "Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. "My family and I had an amazing week in the Old Watermill. The property is really special and kitted out beautifully. We had a full range of ages staying and everyone had a great time. We had no issues during the week, but Sophie was on hand when we had questions and needed help with anything. Every roomis beautifully appointed and we had a great time cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in the garden and the children loved the den where they could set up and play on their devices. "The property itself was very nice - quite cozy with a well-appointed kitchen. We spent a ot of time in the sunroom enjoying either our morning coffee or our afternoon glass of wine! It could have used a few more lamps with working lightbulbs. We never did hear back from our host when we tried contacting her to obtain more bulbs so communication could be improved. Also don't plan a having a BBQ - the bottom had completely fallen out! Lastly, directions to locate the property could be improved....

"Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay."

"This was a really nice property to stay in. Clean and comfortable and very central to Boscastle. Everything within walking distance and for those things that weren’t, we had a double parking space (one being in the garage and one outside). Outside we also had a terraced area with a picnic bench and our own lawn and benches. Highly recommended. "

"The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out"

"Gorgeous property with a very short distance to the beach and coastal walk. A lovely stay, huge terrace, looking over the sea and also views from the bedrooms were fantastic. A wonderful place to unwind and relax! Would definitely like to return. "
