Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean.The Plaza restaurant had very good menu. The breakfast buffet had choices which were tasty and varied over four days we stayed. Airport shuttle was an excellent perk.

Overall good experience. Seems to be the nicest hotel in the area, but there are not many nice hotels in Pucallpa. Super clean hotel. Rooms are small, but have all of the necessities. Beers and waters in the fridge are free which was great. Breakfast is included which is nice, but it is pretty basic and you get tired of it after a couple of days. Lunch and dinner options were decent. Pool area is nice and nice that they serve drinks and food there. The gym was decent. Staff was good, but not great. Some friendlier then others. It is a 3.5 star hotel so for that rating and the price I thought it was worth it. I wouldn’t go back to Pucallpa unless I had a good reason to. If I did I would probably stay at this hotel again. I went with my girlfriend. Hotel was filled with business visitors and or couples.
