My place is close to public transport (MIO). You’ll love my place because of the view, it’s new & modern with a newly installed air conditioner and the location is great. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a Smoke Free environment. Furthermore, it is located near to Canchas Panamericanas, Imbanaco Clinic and Esthetic Clinics.
The space
Beautiful, this apartment has 3 bedroom, full bathroom, closets, kitchen with all cooking accessories and appliances, . During your visit, you can enjoy Cable TV with 200+ channels, High-Speed Internet (WiFi), a Smart TV. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. You will be able to see great views . The building has 24-hours security cams for everyone's security.
Please show respect to neighbors. No smoking inside the apartment, if you want to smoke please use the outdoor area in the balcony. NO PARTIES are allowed in the apartment neither loud music. This is an apartment for resting and not for a party. Please feel free to contact me if you have more questions. Thanks! We speak English and Spanish.
