Habitacion inicial asignada tenìa muchos problemas de Mantenimiento (chapas de puertas, cafetera, lamparas...). Agradecemos el cambio de habitación luego de la primera noche. Hotel no tiene parqueadero incluido hay una solución pagando sitio cercano. No hay room service. Las opciones de desayuno son muy limitadas y fruta/jugo todos los 4 dias fueron la misma opciòn. Toallas asperas, nunca hubo toalla de manos.

Excellent location in Cali
This a not a luxurious hotel, you will not get fancy toiletries nor fluffy towels, but what you do get is an excellent location and value. My room was big and comfortable, very clean, the bathroom had a great shower and the bed was very nice and comfy. There are many very good restaurants just steps away and everything else in Cali is just a short Uber ride away. The only drawback is that you do hear (at least in my room) street sounds, which did not bother me.

We arrived excited to stay in the are near the Hotel Intercontinental- the front desk questions our nationality as soon as he finds out we are Colombians he charged us an extra fee - we argue that we are Americans as well and our passports are at our family safe box, but we have pictures of our passports- we said no and charged saying if we bring proof we will refund our money. We go to get our passports and he said too back we can take your money but we can't give it back. First and last time they see us - we travel at least 6 times a year.
