En general tuvimos una muy buena estadía en este hotel. El personal muy dispuesto a colaborar. Muy buen desayuno. Excelente ubicación en Chipichape, aunque cerca de los centros comerciales el lugar es muy tranquilo para descansar.

There was heavy construction going on, heavy jackhammer being used on my wall starting at 6:00 A.M.. Pile of dirt blocking entrance. They lock the front door to the hotel sporadically during the day or night and you have to signal someone to let you into the property. They speak NO English. At least one lady at the front desk was very rude also. I let them keep my money and went to another property..

Not terrible, but unpleasant.
The hotel is in a well known and safe area. The hotel is across a really good Argentinian restaurant. The receptionists and cleaning staff were superb. My room was a bit far from the wifi router, the receptionist lent me a wifi extender to see if it helped, she later stopped by to see if internet access improved. It didn't really help but I am thankful for her good will to help. The cleaning staff always left the bedroom clean as new, impressive! Something that was disappointing was breakfast and the one lady that was in charge of breakfast. The yogurt that was used to serve over granola was adulterated, it was either added with milk or water, it was not thick and almost tasteless, I finished breakfast still feeling hungry. On our last morning we arrived 20 minutes before breakfast was to end(9am). Most chairs were put away, leaving a very uninviting environment. My partner wasn't very excited about breakfast, so she just had some coffee, and I served myself some granola and yogurt with little hope that the yogurt was original unadulterated yogurt, and again the yogurt was as the morning before. The story is a lot longer but I'm limited to how much I can write here. So to conclude, the only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 was for the great receptionists and cleaning staff. I suggest that the hotel stop serving breakfast or improve it drastically, it would be embarrassing for things to go on like this.

No respetaron la Reserva que hice y cuando llegué, ya estaba todo ocupado y me tocó ir a otro hotel. Nunca me contestaron el Teléfono Fijo para confirmar la reserva.

Great Location. Good value for money. Not perfect
Great location. Great service. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great Value for money based on location. Walking distance to Chipicape Mall and hospitals. Good restaurants nearby. Many taxis as well. As other customers have stated before. The internet can be spotty at times. It works 99% of time but some times it can be slower than usual. Sometimes the hot water doesn't work. I would definitely recommend this and I know I will be back here because of the location, service and price.

Small, well named hotel with no frills. I chose it because of a good location near the large Chipichape Mall and the cheap price. You do get what you pay for. As always when I book online, they gave me a bad room location. Near the stairs on the 2nd floor. Could hear noise from the front desk intermittently. Bed was like a ROCK. Positively a slab of concrete! Woke with a sore back every morning. Additional towels and TP never provided, but the staff brought them quickly when you called. Helpful staff, but not one English speaker made checking in a bit of a chore. Free breakfast, which is very basic, but they will cook you fresh eggs upon request.

Cobro de seguro hotelero sin indicarlo!
No me fue informado al ingresar al establecimiento que sería cobrado seguro hotelero, el cual NO es obligatorio y debe ser informado. Al realizar el pago cobraron el seguro e indicaron que como no pregunte ellos lo cobran, me parece que no es correcta la forma de actuar y si lo hacen de forma premeditada. Por la forma en que fui tratado es un hotel al que no regresaré y no sugeriré.

El desyuno estuvo bien, la habitacion es comoda y todo esta bien, excepto cuando llueve. Se oye eco entra las habitaciones que su ventana es interna en el edificio, toda la noche se oye el goteo fuerte y constante de la lluvia sobre tejas, es imposible dormir asi. Hay unas tejas transparentes plasticas internas y sobre ellas cae el goteo de la lluvia y suena el eco constante sobre las tejas, toda la noche, asi ya haya dejado de llover....fue imposible dormir.
