This is a beautiful basement suite with a separate entrance in a quiet community. Very suitable for professionals. Just a few steps from the South Health Campus, Real Canadian Superstore, and the world's biggest YMCA. We are also a short drive to Okotoks, Saskatoon Berry farm, Chinook honey farm, South Centre Mall, Chinook Mall, and so on if you'd like to take a little half-day trip out of the city.
