This is a new 800sq ft. high ceiling apartment in Calgary downtown (210 15AVE SE), and is only 1 block away from Stampede park, BMO Centre, Roundup Centre, Big Four, Saddle dome, Talisman Athletic Centre and Victoria Park C-train station. 6 blocks away from TELUS Convention Centre, Performance Arts Centre and Glenbow Museum. There is an underground parking available for you, so you don't need to pay for expensive parking meter or worry the security of street parking. The unit is located on the 20 plus floor away from the street noise with the unblock panorama view of Stampede Park, South Calgary and the Rocky Mountain. You can enjoy Stampede firework from Living room, bedroom and balcony. Inside the building you will find a steam room and hot tub in the fitness room, also an entertainment room with pool tables, foosball, air hockey, poker table and theater room. There is 24 hrs. Security in the building. Shopper Drug Mart at the ground floor and 1 block away from Sunterra Market for grocery. Few blocks away from Talisman Athletic Centre and 17 Ave where you will find many restaurants and shopping.
This fully furnished unit has an 11 foot ceiling and ceiling high window in living room and bedroom. There is 1 queen size bed in the bedroom, 1 double size sofa bed or 1 extra high queen size air mattress and 1 folding bed with linens provided for small family or budget travelers. Fully equipped kitchen, elegant dinner table, private laundry room with washer and dryer. Huge walk-in closet to the washroom from bedroom with linens and towels, shampoo, body wash provided. You can enjoy movies or TV with the 50 inch LED TV & free WIFI. There is also TV in the bedroom and you can enjoy the view in the oversize and uncovered balcony with a lot of sunlight and panoramic view.

Kalok was very accommodating
Being from the states, we were without cell phones and had to do everything via email. Kalok always responded right away and showed up right at 5:00PM, which was our designated meeting time. He is very nice and helpful.

Perfect!! Very clean, and had everything you would need for your stay
Perfect location , within walking distance of downtown, the Saddledome, and 17th Street. Great size and all amenities needed!!! Very smooth transition for checking in and out. Kalok was a perfect host with providing all information needed!!! Would definitely book here again.

Great place
Kalok has a great place, with everything you would need for your stay and is in a great location. There is also secure underground parking. We will be staying here again when we are back in Calgary. Kalok is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and helped us out with great places to eat.

Great condo in downtown Calgary
Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights, including one Stampede night. The condo is spotless and bright, and has a great view of the Stampede, which is directly across the street. The kitchen is very nice, and was stocked with everything you could need. The location is great, you can walk to the Stampede, downtown, Bow River, and the Red Mile. Would definitely stay here again.

Stampede stay
We stayed 3 nights at this apartment so that we could go to the stampede. Great location the stampede ground is literally across the road. Fantastic balcony you can see the fireworks every night. The apartment is on the 22nd floor giving you great views out of every window. Kalok met us and showed us around and was very easy and nice to work with. Car parking was invaluable and the c train is right there as well. A very nice stay.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else!
My husband and I recently stayed in this condo for five and a half weeks. We have very recently moved to Canada, from Australia, and stayed in the condo while we were arranging long-term accommodation. It was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave! Kalok was very accommodating and always accessible. The condo offers a great space, stunning views of the city and mountains and is fully equipped with everything you could need. The building is in such a great location, we often opted to walk or take the C-train (just meters away) instead use of the car. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart and ATM below the building, plenty of pubs and restaurants two blocks south on 17th Ave and an easy 10 minute walk to the malls downtown. The building and car park are both very secure and private. Next time we stay in Calgary we will absolutely be booking here again. Thanks for everything Kalok!

A great condo. Wouldn't change a thing.
I recently stayed in this condo for 5 weeks while working in Calgary, and I couldn't have ask for a better place. The condo is comfortable, clean and bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is very close to the train, so downtown Calgary is 2 minutes away. There is a great grocery store 3 blocks away, a great bakery even closer, and if you're interested, Well's Juicery is a block away for great cold pressed juices. And if you are coming into town for The Stampede, look no further, it's right across the street. Kalok is a great guy, he met me at the front door to show me around, and was accessible thru my entire stay. When a minor plumbing issue came up, even though Kalok was out of town, he had it taken care of that very morning. It doesn't get better than that. I highly recommend the condo, and will plan my next trip around it's availability. Thanks Kalok.

Location, Convenience and View Fantastic! Super Owner Too!
We stayed at Kalok's apartment for 1 and a half weeks in late October 2014 for an event at the Stampede. There was myself and 2 gals with me. I took the bedroom which was perfect, good bed and tons of closet space. One gal had the queen inflatable which she said was actually comfortable and the other brought a camping like cot. One review suggested the place fits only 2 but frankly 2 couples or family members or good friends could make due just fine with the amenities kalok offered which makes the price very affordable for what you get. First off he is the easiest and nicest landlord you will meet! His girlfriend is equally super. He worked around our busy schedule to finally show us around and give us the keys. He spent a full hour answering questions and showing me the entire building. The home could not be in a better location for stampeders or folks in town for business in the Calgary core area. 50 steps to the sky-train and about 5 minutes to the saddledome, Agrium, etc... The BEST Belgian bakery is next door, Sunterra for groceries and great restaurants within walking distance. The parkade is warm, safe and spacious it fit my f-350 4 door dually just fine! The view of the stampede and beyond is pretty remarkable and the barbecue and chairs make for a nice outdoorsy spot. I use vrbo and air b and b etc.... frequently and this is one of the nicer all around homes I have rented for the money I have no hesitation saying that with the bonus that Kalok is just super. (I have had some unsavory owners withhold deposits and the like with no cause and harass me for how many people were staying with me etc...) One of the best vacation home we had stayed
This is the fourth times me and my husband attended the Calgary Stampede, and since we had stay in other vacation home before, we know what to expect and had our standard up high after we see all the great reviews of this place. When we arrived not only the apartment meet our expectation, but also surprise us with the view we see first thing we step inside the unit, we get great view in both living room and bedroom with 11 foot high ceiling and window and not like other place we stay with low ceiling and tiny window or view between buildings. We enjoy the firework from the balcony during our stay very much. The Kitchen got everything we need to prepare lunch and breakfast and the place is very clean and new. The location is the best with train station right beside it, also I noticed there is pharmacy, restaurants, dry cleaning and grocery store in the block which is a plus to us. Kalok is a very nice with us and had no problem with our early check-in, he spend his time showing us everything in the building and answer all of our questions in the emails. I had to say we had stay in other vacation homes in the downtown area for the last few times and this is by far the best place we had stay in town.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It is a very secure building. It was our first time using VRBO and the bar has been set high. Kalok was very easy to deal with as I had emailed him several times prior to our trip and each time, he was courteous and prompt in replying. At the last minute I asked for an extra day and no problem. Our flight didn't arrive until late at night and was close to midnight before we arrived at his condo and there he was waiting for us. Kalok obtained underground parking at a location close by as the underground space in the condo building was not available due to the flooding. Convenient having a Shopper's Drug Mart at the base, plus a very good market (Sunterra) just a block away with all the food you need whether want to cook yourself or take out. Easy walk too to numerous shops, restaurants and bars. Public transportation is right outside the door. I will gladly refer anyone travelling to Calgary to stay at Kalok's.

Much nicer than a hotel
Condo worked out nicely for us. Much nicer than a hotel - it doesn't have that dead, institutional feel to it. We didn't have a chance to use the BBQ, but made good use of the kitchen. Would recommend the place. My only gripe (small) is that when you pay the deposit via paypal, you are warned you will get back your deposit less 3% (paypal fees). Actually, you get your deposit back less about 6% because paypal charges the fee twice - once on depositing the money to the property owner, and again when transferring it back to you.

Downtown Experience
We stayed in this condo for 10 days during July 2011. For a one bedroom condo it was simply excellent. It is a new unit and beautifully appointed. Being on the 22 floor the view from the balcony was spectacular both during the day and at night. The owner of the condo was certainly one of the nicest landlords that I have had the pleasure of dealing with, very accommodating and always ready to help you out with a smile on his face. The location is also excellent as it is located right at a C-Train station. I have no negatives to share regarding this unit and I am sure when we are back we will be renting it again.

Very nice apartment
Me and my 3 kids came to Calgary to visit their grand parents and we really like this apartment, is clean and open much better than a hotel. The view was very nice and the location is great. We didn't use the free parking at the building this time, I think is great when we visit Calgary again with my husband next time, as I noticed the cost for parking in Calgary downtown is ridiculous expensive. Everything is so close we could just walk around downtown or take the Train to the Mall. I would recommend this place for anyone visit Calgary.

Really nice unit with great view
Kalok is a very nice young guy, his unit is pretty new and clean everything in good condition, great location too. Me and my wife came to Calgary for business and hockey game, only a few minute walk to the game. The apartment is close to everything, there is pharmacy and grocery store below. Well equipped kitchen just like home, i love the high ceiling and huge TV that i won't find in hotel or other apartment. I would enjoy the huge balcony and the view if it wasn't winter time. Thank you i really enjoy your unit, for sure would rent this place again when i come to Calgary.

Fantastic views
I spent a week in this appartment. It is very clean and extremely well equipped, even washer and dryer. The views are unbeatable towards mountains and Stampede grounds. Also walking distance to spectacular sports centre and City Centre. If I have one complaint it was that there is no phone. That would be a MUST for me next time. For younger people (I am a Senior) there are lots of video, x-box and stereo things that I did not use. There is also a great Belgian bakery and lunch place just one block from there. There is a pharmacy downstairs and also a bank. Everything most convenient!

I highly recommend this apartment home for any stay in Calgary. Kalok is a gracious host and the unit provides all creature comforts, and more and is very clean ,beautifully appointed and maintained. The outdoor deck is surprisingly spacious and the outlooks worthwhile. I suggest the space is best suited to 2 people, although a folding single cot could accomodate one more.

This is a great apartment...
This is a great apartment in an excellent location. It's clean , spacious and very well equipped. There are wonderful views of the Rockies and Stampede area and my wife spend many hours sunning herself on the large balcony. Kalok is a very good and attentive host and dealt with all of our requests and questions quickley and thoroughly.
