Nestled in a very quiet and convenient street, across from Brenner Park, a playground and a baseball field, steps from Nose Hill Park with easy access to major roads.

This is an upper level of a home, there will be occupants with a secure entrance living in the basement suite.

The laundry room is “shared” with the tenants in the basement and is located in a common area.

The back door to the backyard is also considered as shared. This door is the tenants entry to their unit. Your unit has a door that locks from your side to ensure you have a secure unit.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Great furniture and comfortable beds. Very clean and thoughtful owner. I left an expensive item and he immediately called to remind me. Very appreciative of our nights there. Tenants in the basement were also very kind!

My daughter and I loved staying at this beautiful and comfortable home! It is immaculately clean ,located in a peaceful neighborhood , and is walking distance to shops and transit. We felt right at home and did not want to leave. We cannot wait to visit again. The management exceeded my expectations. The staff were quick to answer any concerns/questions I had. I felt safe staying at the property.
