Only 20 minutes from the Calgary International airport, you can be checked in and sipping a cocktail in your own swoon-worthy kitchen. Take in the amazing city views from the balcony before heading out to explore the vibrant city of Calgary.

Common Room:
With a bright and open concept, the main living area is designed to create a space where families or friends can comfortably enjoy time together, whether you’re whipping up a masterpiece in the kitchen, hanging out at the kitchen island or kicking back on the couch. The 43" Roku Smart TV features premium cable TV, movies, series and sports channels. The beautiful couch also doubles as extra sleeping and conveniently pulls out into a queen sleeper. Linens and pillows are provided.

We have also conveniently set up a small desk for you. If you need to catch up on emails or hop on a zoom call we have you covered. Our Wi-Fi is very fast and you won't have any issues getting work done.

Bedroom:
Decorated in calming neutral colors with large comfy bed and cozy lux linens, you’ll want to take your mornings slow and stay in bed just a little longer.

A Chef’s Kitchen:
The timeless and beautiful design of this kitchen begs for yummy meals to be made here. If you’re the chef in the family, you’ll love how immaculate and new everything is, from the large double door fridge, gas stovetop and the large island to spread out dishes and let your family help themselves. No need to worry about if you’ll have everything you need, as it’s well equipped to prepare whatever’s on the menu.

Supplies Included Are:
A full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals.
Serving utensils.
Tongs for grilling on the BBQ.
A complete set of knives.
Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker
Stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and all your basic condiments.

Laundry:
There is a washer and dryer available for your use. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied. Is there any better feeling than heading home with 0 laundry?

Check-in/Check-out:
Upon booking we will send you a short message thanking you. 3 days prior to your arrival we will send you step by step check-in instructions.
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00PM and 07:00AM
2. Parties will not be permitted on the property.
3. There is no smoking permitted in the property or on the patio, including vapes.
4. We ask that you please respect the neighbors as they are great people.
5. We provide a high quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
6. Check in after 10pm needs to be communicated to us beforehand so we can arrange a key for you.

It was ok. No air conditioning, so on hot summer days it’s very hot and humid inside. Lots of unpleasant food smells coming from other units. Would be great to have an additional lock so someone else with a key wouldn’t be able to get in, like a chain lock. Weird they ask you to do laundry and dishes before leaving a cleaning fee seems to be built into the price.

This is a great area to stay in. Be sure to dine at Porch! Easy area for coffee, shopping etc. Apartment was lovely and so nice to have coffee left and condiments. Small balcony for coffee in the am and a glass of wine at night. Small unit but well appointed, I was happy to be there for my 5 days.

Great location lots of amenities in walking distance. The unit was well equipped in kitchen and bathroom. Very clean. I did find it a bit hot in the condo at times. Adjusting the heat didn’t seem to help. All in all a great stay.
