Modern Condo w/Loft and Kitchenette on Thames St

This home is professionally managed and is part of The Newport Lofts portfolio of properties. It is located in the center of Newport and situated above Island Outfitters at the Brick Market Place. This residence has 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, it features a private balcony off the master bedroom along with a spacious living area with an open floor plan that unites the kitchenette and living areas. A Loft is above the main living space with pull-out sofa bed. The living room also features a pull-out sofa bed.

The kitchenette features a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, convection microwave/oven and coffee maker. The kitchenette comes fully stocked with cookware, flatware and drinkware and kitchenette island seats 4. It also features a full size stackable washer/dryer along with beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy Newport's beautiful beaches.
***Cancellation Policy***
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

Guest agrees to the following:
To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Great location! Very loud at night
We had a great time and the property was wonderful. Friday and Saturday nights were very, very loud outside of the window with drunk party-goers. We completely understand it is a party drinking town. Just woken up several times by passers by. Other thank that super fun and wonderful location.
