You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as a cozy living area with a Samsung Smart TV that comes with access to Amazon Prime and Airplay. The modern bathroom has a shower, and we offer high-speed WiFi to ensure that you're connected during your stay.Our location in the Cranston area of Southeast Calgary can't be beat - we're just a short drive away from some of the area's best shopping and dining options, including the large shopping plaza nearby. Cranston is also conveniently located near major transportation routes such as Stoney Trail and Deerfoot Trail, making it easy to get around the city. According to our policy, all guests must provide information, i.e. each guest's name, ID details and vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure.Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit 1000 CAD.Guests whose names or IDs do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can't guarantee a refund.- Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. The pet fee is $20 per night per pet.***Deposit***All guests are required to pay a refundable deposit of $500.If any case of smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Please provide this information. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and noise detector. (no cameras inside the unit). The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have a right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoking, Globalstay has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: - 150$ service call - 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
