Good place for 6 people
The neighborhood is still under construction, including the back of the unit. So there’s no off-street parking, only on-street. It wasn’t a problem, but we did have to park several doors down. The main dining table only sits four people, but the place accommodates six. We had to get creative with the seating. Also, the beds are pretty basic and a bit too firm for our liking. For the price with six people, we’re satisfied with our choice.

Modern and Comfortable
We enjoyed this rental. It had everything we needed for a weekend away for a family wedding. Thankfully there was a break in the heat wave when we visited, but there was a portable air conditioner on each floor, which helped make sleeping comfortable at night. Furniture and decide are comfortable and modern. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the cleaner didn’t clean corners behind some of the doors and the master bath mirror was streaked. Would have given 4.5 if possible, as It didn’t impact our stay, but couldn’t give the full 5 stars.

New home in new development
New home in a new development so many homes dont have grass yet so if you have a pet there is no place close to walk it without getting dirty. We were there when most of the snow had just melted so there was a lot of mud. Lots of construction people and vehicles all around. Overall nice place to stay, great communication with host. Didn't know there was going to be full time renters in the basement, didn't hear them at all.

Great place to call 'home'
We were so happy with this 'home away from home'. The owners were excellent in communication and the accommodation had everything you needed to 'do life' for our stay. The convenience of everything you need being no longer than a 10 min. drive is great. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at this wonderful property.
