Only complaint is that no instructions were provided for check-in and there's no one onsite. We had to buzz the intercom (connected to someone's phone) for 15 minutes (within the listed check-in hours) before anyone answered and let us in."

It would be better to know this information before booking rather than after booking. It would be useful to have a mat by the entrance to the mainHallway to brush sand off shoes before entering building. There is a communal kitchen in the reception area where you can make teas and coffees, etc and take them to your room....
