The bedding did not appear to be clean. Walls are PAPER thin, you can hear neighbors doing EVERYTHING. The bathroom reeked of cigarettes.

The staff were very nice. There is a lobby with a TV and couches to use for the Wifi since there was no reception in the room. The mattress was really comfortable & the room was neat and clean.

Hotel was great, price was good, location is kind of a bummer. You can take a cheap bus to get into city center. It takes about 30 minutes. I would book again.

Great price with train to Rome right next door
It's an okay place if you don't mind a small shower where the shower curtain is stuck on you when your showering. Plus the wi-fi doesn't extend to the rooms and the breakfast wasn't very fresh tasting. Free parking was a plus and the lady who with the cafeteria truck at night next door to the hotel (she made the best hamburger in the world and it tasted very Italian)

We arrived in Florence and had to get a train to the hotel which was really far out. Finally we reached the hotel and asked if there was a easier way to get to town and they said there a bus which took about 40 minutes to get into town but stopped at 2300. There was also other problems with the place such as ants all over the shower we were meant to stay for a week ended up staying 1 night.

Everything else could be better then this hotel
First of all basic things doesn't work.. like bathroom doesn't have a lock ..can u imagine that ? Internet has been promised however u can't connect to wifi in your room. Rooms clumsy and small. Instead of this bed and breakfast facilities should be more better. Spend good amount for nothing and even hotel was 9 miles away from city center.
