The hotel is in an excellent position on the sea front. The food was varied and cooked to an excellent standard. My only disappointment was the size of the pool area.

Lovely hotel and staff, very clean and always tidy. Drinks reasonable, nice pool area and entertainment in the evening over the weekend. Close to the beach, nice restaurants nearby, breakfast in hotel amazing. We loved it and will return.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. My room was lovely room, had a very comfortable bed and was front facing with a sea view. Large selection of foods to choose from for breakfast. The hotel is very close to the beach and to shops and bars.

Pet friendly hotel at its best.

Travelling with my partner, cousin and our dog. They were so welcoming and even had a welcome gift for the dog. That just set the tone for a great stay. The breakfast selection was very good and tasty. They even didn’t mind having dogs around for breakfast. If you want a pet friendly place where they are spoiled as music has you then this is the place. Would definitely visit again and stay longer.

Standard hotel. Great price. Fantastic location.

Welcoming and friendly. Fantastic location. Great price. Stay in this hotel if you love spending time at the beach. It’s not perfect, rooms are standard, Hotel pool is small, roof terrace for a handful of loungers, food is typical of hotel buffet but good variety. I’d recommend exploring the many local restaurants over full board ……..but when you get to the beach OMG !!! …you will never want to go home. Fantastic for the price.

Very basic, very small, swimming pool much smaller than expected. Reception staff very polite, helpful & friendly. Fairly clean. Great breakfast. Not a fan of barking dogs in hotel, but I guess we should have noted when booking, that is was dog friendly.

My mother and I had a great experience at Hotel Internacional. The room is nice and cleaned everyday. The distance to the beach and the pool is a big plus. Big thank you to Dolores at the reception, she is so nice and keeps everything rolling around the hotel. At the buffet we were nicely served by Saloua, Ali, Angel and Jo-Maria. There was enough food and everything was refilled on time. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we will recommened this hotel to everyone. Hope to come back very soon!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay at Hotel International. The overall value was excellent, especially the dining choices and quality for half board. The staff were friendly and efficient and there was no waiting for items at busy dining times. Our sea view room was good with a decent sized balcony and the hotel was convenient for the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The train station is a pleasant 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The hotel areas were clean and welcoming and although the room didnt have a kettle, it was a good size with a comfy bed. We would definitely recommend this hotel as a base in Calella and would stay again if we ever visit this area in the future.

Suprema room with patio and ocean view. Ocean view was a partial ocean view with slider facing at the side of hotel facing a neighboring abandoned/delapitatied unsightly hotel’s top floor. No view or windows facing the ocean. One of the outside loungers was loaded with bird poop and not cleaned the entire week we were there. Staff amazing and breakfast too!

A truly "8" plus rated hotel & "10" plus from me

I am always influenced by the rating when selecting the hotel. At just 8 points it was at the baseline for staying at what turned out to be a superb hotel that is worth a higher grading. If you don't want a mini bar in your room, then this hotel can tick all your boxes with a great breakfast offering, through to on-site bar and restaurant to a street side cafe. The location is ideal being on the beach front and also close to alternative eating houses and bars. I found each and every staff member I came into contact with, a true credit to the hotel. When I return to the area, I will have no hesitation to book again.

Our room had a terrible view of the property roof that is dilapidated. Very sad. Our room has a ceiling leak which leaked onto the tiled floor. Maintenance responded quickly but couldn’t fix it until the next day when we checked out. I feel compensation should have been afforded but I was too exhausted from my travels to be a squeaky wheel. No compensation was offered by the front desk which would have been nice.

This is hotel got my payment in full. After 1 hour pasted when I did my reservation I found out that the location of hotel is 1 hours driving from Barcelona. I asked to cancel this hotel in Colella and reserve the same hotel's name in Barcelona. Expedia said that hotel does not allow to do that. I lost my payment for hotel completely. I could not cancel my reservation after just made reservation and found out it is not my location where I will landed. Never reserve this hotel. You will lose your money. Shame to Expedia to sell this hotel to costumers.
