"Maison très agréable, propre et joliment décorée dans un quartier résidentiel. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. C'est un bon emplacement pour visiter la région. "We loved this house. The ocean view was perfect and the pool was wonderful. It had all the amenities we needed. We love the small town area with restaurants in walking distance. One caution is the 4th bedroom is a separate studio which smelled musty. We didn’t need to use it but I would recommend this house as 3 bedrooms, not 4."

"I’ve been travelling to this region of Spain for 20+ years, the location of the house was outstanding. La Fosca is a perfect beach for families and the 30 minute walk to Castell was ideal for a more natural experience. The shared pool was pleasant, quiet and well kept. However, the house itself was filthy. On arrival there were lines of ants through the house, all the floors were very dirty. In the kitchen all the drawers smelled very bad so we had to wash all the cutlery etc. Unfortunately no...

"I made this choice for 2 main reasons: the view and being walking distance from the city center to allow independence for young adults to go to restaurants or other sports activities autonomously. "We spent a week at the Hideaway and have to say it was very disappointing and we could not wait to leave. The house looked much better in the photos than in reality. It was very uncomfortable and quite dirty but more importantly too hot with only one fan for the entire house and no air conditioning - we asked the owner for some more more fans and he said no and that we should just open the windows! This is not a good solution with mosquitos, ants and flies and not what you expect when you have...

"Quiet flat in perfect location with good parking facility. Only a 10 min walk to the beaches either at Llafranc or Calella de Palafrugell. Communication with apartment owners (Hauzify and Pere) was easy with no problems paying or getting the key. Flat has everything you need. Bathroom/shower is a little small but functional and some furniture could do with replacing (balcony chairs are a bit old & uncomfy) but otherwise great and would stay here again. "

"Wonderful property that's close to old town site seeing but not loud that can happen if you're in the middle of everything. Being on top of the hill has the advantage of best place to see the city below and sunset from the beautiful roof top terrace over the mountains on the other side of the city. The location also can make it a bit difficult to walk bach to hotel as other reviews have noted. It's not that bad and if needed you can stop to catch your breath on one of the walls. It is a very short walk to the shops and restaurants down in the old town area. Everything was well cared for and clean. They have an online restaurant and bar so you don't need to head down again if you want to stay there in the evening. Area seems safe and is residential so no need to worry about being out late at night. Highly recommend this modern friendly hotel!"
