Customer service was not the greatest, although responsive via Whatsapp. I called to give one of the customer service some feedback on how my check-in could have been better and it felt as if I was talking to myself whereas if I was a business owner and someone gave me some feedback I would at least acknowledge it and ensure the customer feels heard - the rep just shifted blame onto Expedia. "My wife and I spent four nights here and enjoyed it vey much, it was clean and has a nice outdoor patio/balcony area. We used this as a base of operations to see Niagara falls, Burlington, and Toronto. The train station is right next to the building and goes to all of these areas if you don't want to drive. Very nice pool and hot tub area, Walmart is next door for convenience, great communication from the owner. Highly recommended!"

"This place would be fine for 2 adults and 2 kids, but it is too small for 4 adults. The second bedroom has a doorway that is no more than 2 feet wide and about 5 feet tall. The ceilings were very low and adults cannot stand up in it. The bathroom is similarly very very short. The pull out couch would not be comfortable enough to sleep on. The unit is not on the water, but a block away. Photos of the deck are not attached to the unit. "

"The actual condo was very good. This condo is advertised in Downtown Hamilton, it is in Stoney Creek and not in a downtown. Cabs/Ubers add up if you have events in Hamilton"

The initial unit we were put in was upgraded and nice with a few areas of the bathroom that could have been cleaner. But the main issue were ants in the kitchen and bedroom.
