"Everything was in excellent shape and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff members were very friendly, personable, and helpful; the service was amazing. The breakfast was very good, and we were even able to get food a little early since our shuttle had to leave at the time breakfast officially started. You need to phone from the airport to get picked up by the shuttle; we waited about 25 minutes from the time we called, and the front desk communicated the wait time accurately. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!"

"This was definitely one of the better properties we stayed at on our trip. Coincidentally, we stayed at the Best Western -Calgary Freeport before our trip to Toronto & Ontario. We will definitely seek out Best Western Plus properties again for our travels. The property in Toronto was very professional, kind and welcoming. The on site restaurant, Postcard was equally professional, kind and welcoming. A great experience overall. We weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast service, but would definitely do so on another stay."
