"Most of the staff (mainly at reception and breakfast area) are in desperate need of a customer service & hospitality course, otherwise no lament at all. Breakfast is good and so is the hotel in general."

i was desperate to leave asap, made me very upset
"i was beset with problems, some of the staff assumed that i was illegal or a refugee, due to my brown skin ( in actual fact I'm british , with a british passport ) was treated with scorn and hate , only realised the issue when the cleaning lady shouted "iraqi" to me and "police " thats when all the ..."
