When it comes to outdoor living, this welcoming home boasts a firepit with numerous seats around it, a gazebo with an outdoor dining area, and a large BBQ pit. This is the perfect setting for summertime barbecues and storytelling as the sun sets! As you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you will be greeted by a cozy living room with a TV to keep you entertained and informed during your stay. Watch sports games, fun movies, and shows at your heart's content! The eat-in kitchen features all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, a beautiful dining table, and a second TV. The primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bathroom with an attached laundry room with a washer/dryer. Additional perks include TVs in all bedrooms, yard games, and board games.

Security camera details: There is a Ring doorbell and six exterior cameras. (Two front, two back, and one on each side).



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
